I worked with Gilbert to buy my new Mazda 3 sport. He was nice, helpful and not pushy at all. Gave me a good deal on the car and a good price on my trade in. He didn't push to sell me things I don't need. Very pleased with my experience and would trust him in the future.

I had a fabulous experience buying a new car from John Hine Mazda! First, I am not a big fan of spending too much time buying a new car....put aside a whole day? Not here! I knew what I wanted, I knew how much I wanted to spend, and I knew how much I wanted for my trade-in. I met salesperson Craig Milton, and he walked me through various CX-5 models. I picked a 2016-1/2 CX 5 Grand Touring, with the options I wanted, the color I wanted, and I was handed the total price on paper, in simple terms, including my trade-in. I was walked over to finance and worked with Peter Ross, who was friendly and quick, and also spoke in terms that I could understand. What a team of professionals! I highly recommend John Hine, and I already look forward to meeting their service team. These people are a class-act!

tyler made the process very easy. He was transparent the entire time and gave us a great deal on the car. He didn't pressure us at any point. Very good experience.

We purchased a new Mazda CX-5 and our sales rep was Steven Camacho. He was great to work with. We knew exactly what we wanted and he had gave us the best price in town, all via email so there was no haggling at the dealership. Though we didn't want any extra options, he did offer them and there was no pressure at all to purchase them. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and patient with our questions, before and after the sale. Genevieve in Finance was friendly and fast! We won't hesitate to refer family and friends to John Hine and will look to them for our next vehicle purchase.

Even on a busy Saturday they were able to make plenty of time for our test drive and many questions and concerns and finish the sale with as much pleasure as could be expected from a not so fun chore. No pressure even when we went to test drive another vehicle make between our first and second visit when we bought. Tyler and Andre were able to tag team so no waiting and Peter was very thorough and professional in finalizing the financial part.

Just bought a 2016 CX5 from John Hine Mazda. Steve Camacho was my sales rep. The team at John Hine was fantastic, knowledgable, friendly, and didn't push a darn thing we didn't want. We will be taking our future business to John Hine.

This was by far the most pleasant experience I've had at a car dealership. From the very start, Steve made sure that all my questions were answered and concerns were addressed. He was very professional and extremely helpful. I felt like I was talking to a friend the entire time. Genevieve was exceptional as well. She was very honest and knowledgeable, and helped me make a great decision. Not once did I feel pressured the entire time I was at the dealership. I can't thank these two enough!

My husband and I just purchased my first brand new car at Hine Mazda this weekend and cannot say enough good things about the experience we had. We were taking very good care of by our sales consultant Gilbert Franquez from the minute we got there till the minute I drove off the lot!! He made sure we left we the best deal possible while getting to know us each on a personal level. He's a former Marine and I'm sure that's where his outstanding work ethic is from! Tyler was great. Made it a wonderful and easy transaction. Sat with me to go through all the cars features and there are many features.

The dealership, specifically Michael Torres, worked hard to make sure I left with the best deal and the car that I wanted. In fact, they searched San Diego County to find the car I wanted, in the color and trim that I wanted without even being asked. They also gave me an excellent deal and made sure I was happy and comfortable with my purchase. They also were gracious when I ran into some hurdles with the bank and allowed me a little extra time to get my financing plan in. I can't recommend these guys enough.
