Mazda 6

Tyler was very friendly and knowledgeable but most importantly he wasn't pushy. I did a lot of the research on my own, even at another dealership but he was still willing to spend time going through features on the test drive. The only complaint I had was with the Finance person who was pushy and got irritated and a little short when I mentioned I wasn't interested in buying extended warranties/etc.

Great experience!

We just purchased a 2016 CX-5 last weekend. It was a great experience! Javier was great to work with. He is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He made the purchase quick and painless and we got a great deal! Keith was extremely helpful and made the financing process easy and quick! Keith was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Great experience overall. We'll be back for our next car purchase. John Hine Mazda provides a lot of discounts and perks for returning customers, which was a great surprise.

Awesome Sauce!

Just purchased a 2016 Mazda CX-5 @ John Hine Mazda with Andre Mullen. Andre made the usually dreaded task of car shopping my best car buying experience ever. I'd been looking for about a month and Andre listened to my needs carefully and I never felt pressured. He worked with me to get a great discount and he was very up-front when answering questions. Thanks to Andre I feel I got the car I wanted at the price I wanted. BONUS: Genevieve Riegg, my finance person, was helpful, patient and really funny. Buying a car can take a while so to finish up the experience with humor and good conversation topped of my night! Nelson Y.

The entire experience was phenomenal at John Hine Mazda.

The entire team at John Hine Mazda was exceptional. They were friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful!! I wouldn't buy a car from anyone else... these people know how to take care of their customers.

Stress free pleasant experience. Thanks to Steve Camacho

This was our 6th vehicle purchased from Hine over the years. We keep going back because the buying experience is stress free, no pressure, very friendly and low key. Also getting to the actual bottom line sales price is a breeze, and fair. This is the second vehicle purchased through Steve Camacho. I specifically reached out to Steve through the online feature because of our previous great experience with him. As always, Steve was quick to respond with detailed information and never seemed to tire of my many questions. You just cannot ask for a better experience. When it comes time to purchase our next vehicle we will be checking in with Hine and specifically Steve Camacho.

Great and fast.

Much Appreciation to Tyler and Alex

Tyler was VERY responsive to my many questions via email and phone. Alex, who I worked with in Tyler's absence provided a very clear and open list of options and pricing breakdowns. I highly recommend working with these two individuals as they were very responsive and honest in their pricing options. I actually found better deals with them compared to three other Mazda dealerships I contacted for the CX-5.

Good experience buy a car!

Frankly, I was dreading looking for a Mazda CX-5, thinking that I would have to deal with a high pressure salesperson. However, the actual situation turned out to be quite the opposite. Steven Camacho was very reasonable, helpful and friendly, and we never felt any undue pressure to make a decision. Further, he seemed to know a great deal about the car, and we trusted what he was telling us. Of course, it helped that the CX-5 really is a fine car and almost promotes itself! We went to the dealership with the intention of test driving the CX-5, then later driving the Toyota RAV4 and the Honda CRV, but after our test drive in the CX-5, I was convinced that this was the car I wanted, and I asked Steven to draw up the papers. I now look forward to dealing with the Service Dept at Hine and am hopeful that they will be as helpful and friendly as Steven. I'm sure they will be.

Great experience at John Hine Mission Valley!!!!!

Had a great experience with Javier Belendez, He was very helpful and really listened to what I was looking for and needed. He was patient and had great follow up. Always responded to questions had great follow up! He made the new car buying experience a easy and comfortable process. I will surely recommend John Hine to my friends and definitely refer them to Javier!!!!!

Enjoyed my time at Hine

I had a great experience buying my new car at John Hine. I went in already knowing which vehicle I wanted : 2016 Mazda 3 Hatchback. With the help of salesman Andre Mullen, the car buying process was easy and non-stressful. He was very nice, knowledgeable, and not pushy. I absolutely love my new car and am very happy to have bought it from this location!
