Very polite and knowlegeable. Check-in was simple. I like the verbal text tech evaluation once the service is complete. Waiting room was comfortable with restrooms in close proximity.

They were very thorough, explained what they were doing, reviewed suggested services, and Tabitha (the tech) showed me a feature on my car is didn’t know I had.

I expected a little bit of a big deal from the dealership considering I just bought a brand new car. Maybe have the manager come out of his office to congratulate the buyer.

The oil change and tire rotation was un-eventful,... as it should be. The appointment schedule was convenient but next time I'll just drop the car off and not wait for it in the lobby. Friendly staff.

It was a good experience overall. Price negotiation of my trade in was a big disappointment as they undervalued my car and offered a discount in the extended warranty which probably was not real in order to "compensate" for the low ball offer. I was very close to leave the dealer but Jaime Sanchez is a really nice guy and did not want to impact him. I suggest you are less greedy next time as I always got fair price for my trade-ins with Toyota and Honda in Temecula.

Son Huynh was a pleasure to work with! He was not pushy and made buying my daughter's first car fun and a great memory!
