They were fast and provided excellent service. I lost a windshield wiper 1-2 months after having them replaced at Mazda. They replaced it on walk in basis at no charge to me with 15 min.

This time was better than before. Last time windshield...
This time was better than before. Last time windshield wipers were bad and it was not reported on post service paperwork. So I made a point of letting people know there was an issue with the wipers before it went to be serviced. Also on previous services I reported bogging down when accelerating and they said they found no issues. I'm now past warrantee and still having the same issues. Out of the multiple cars I have purchased or leased through John Hine this car I have been the most dis-satisfied with. Patricia and Tabitha have been great to work with.

Very positive experience with the service staff. Also...
Very positive experience with the service staff. Also building was spotless (including the RR). First time I've has a service department send me a video of the service procedure, very interesting. A few $$ more than the quick lube place down the street but it's comforting to know that the service techs that worked on my car were factory trained experts. All/all a good experience.

The agent was exceptional and I really want to give him a 5 star, however, when I brought my car for a smog right after oil change, they told me that the engine was dirty with spillage and I remember I saw a video about it. I was hoping that at least Mazda should have wiped it off as a courtesy but did not. I see on video but at least show politeness in wiping off leak.
