Done fast and well
It was a very pleasant experience Everything was done in a fast and relaxand reliable manner. They sent me a video detailing the inspection and explained everything in a easy manner for me to understand.

Hello Mazda, I will call again
My buying experience, and the first oil change were top-notch. I was in for my second oil change today. It was good, however, when they washed my car it was very clean, but had water streaks and spots.The water is very hard, so the spots and streaks were plainly white on my (beautifully shiny) red car. Disappointing, I had to get back to work it was a rough Monday, so I just left without really looking at my car.

Joke of a dealership!
Joke of a dealership! My wife bought car in to get fixed a fuse kept blowing with no load on it. They have car all day Service guy Drew had an attitude with my wife. any way I get car back after all day in service. I check fuse when I get home from work fuse is blow with no load on it? Drew said it was fixed? I would not recommend this dealer. Also when I bought $35k car from them I asked if my wife could get a key chain for her key they said NO I said really a key chain. But salesman bought it for her. Salesman (Rene) was the only good thing about this place.

Had my 1st Oil change visit.
Had my 1st Oil change visit. My service person was Andrew Atherton and he was very professional and new how to make a person feel at home. Even had my car washed. The dealership keept everyone advised on the status of their car and they a nice waiting area with coffee, etc Highly recommend this Dealership.

Refused to fix a recall on a CX5 on a Saturday. Was told...
Refused to fix a recall on a CX5 on a Saturday. Was told it was a Mazda policy however, I was able to get an appointment at another dealer on a Saturday. Won’t do any repairs at Hello.
