Best Buying Experience With Ben

I love my new Mini! BEN was Amazing and I only want to purchase from him, he knew what he was talking about. He was honest and helpful. Every question I asked he had the answers. I will be back, Ben, to but my next Mini from you.

First mini purchase

Great experience buying my first Mini with Ben. Always available, willing to stay late to get the paperwork done. Assisted to offer me the best loan rate available. Helped to coordinate vehicle maintenance 2 days after my purchase. I would go back to buy another Mini!

Outstanding sales staff, very polite and knowledgeable.

I highly recommend this dealership if you are interested in purchasing a mini, great customer service, the facility is top notch as well. Hands down this is one of the best car buying experiences I've had in years, the dealer was very open to negotiating a fair price. I reccomend dealing with Abraham Phillips, super knowledgeable on the entire mini line up, he was even keen on car guy talk and answered all of my questions.

Purchased new Mini Clubman

For the past few years I have stopped by the Mini of Pensacola dealership to look at, sit in, and test drive the different mini's. All knew I was waiting for retirement, and that day came in April of of this year! I don't trade/buy new vehicles very often, and this has to have been the "most" pleasant experience ever! I met with Mr. James Phillips, motoring adviser, he was so polite and professional! I told him the vehicle I wanted, color, etc, so forth, and he found it! He kept in touch with me, on a daily basis, and most of the time, several times a day, he always answered my questions and texts! And sent me pictures! Most important James knew how much this car meant to me! I am so pleased with my new 2016 Mini Clubman S, every time I take it out, I received compliments! I highly recommend Mini of Pensacola , and Mr. James Phillips , they will definitely take care of you!

Perfect, Perfect, Perfect!

I couldn't be happier with the car buying experience I had at MINI of Pensacola! I worked with James Phillips, who is an exceptionally nice guy, and a true MINI enthusiast. I had THE hardest time deciding which car I wanted (WAY too many wonderful options), and James remained patient and helpful throughout the whole process (thanks for that James!). We traded in a used car and were given a fair price. They went above and beyond to make this a FUN, not stressful, car buying experience. Highly recommend this dealership and be sure to ask for James. Lisa was also extremely helpful and gave lots of great advice! We LOVE our new MINI....Thank you all so much!
