As a MINI enthusiast and leasing my fourth, I can recommend this dealership HANDS DOWN for the quality of service and going the extra mile to get the vehicle you want. After visiting two other dealerships in South Florida with no real avail (neither were pro-active in listening to my needs) I went to sales advisor John Gendoso of Mini of Pensacola and had the exact car I wanted transported to their dealership within 4 days. He was meticulous and thorough in explaining all of the new features and handled the lease transaction with great care. Highly recommend the drive to Pensacola, FL to get your new MINI!

I have wanted a Mini for a few years but my husband was not very enthusiastic. So we bought a Civic Hybrid. Finally I decided to buy the car I wanted. We live in MS (we do not have a dealership) so I had to shop on line and by phone. I wanted a silver MINI two door with a sunroof and everytime I found one it got sold. So I spoke with John this last time and he suggested I put a down payment. We drove today and met with him and the manager. John is friendly, down to earth,extremely knowledgeable. My husband was worried about the trade-in price but he negotiated with John and his manager and they gave us a great price, I mean great. No fuss, no arguing all done simply. We paid for the car. John was so funny, gave us the Mini "college course" with a present for graduation, it was all great. I was so nervous when we got there mostly due to my past car buying experiences but this was lovely. The future looks great also, John explained the warranty, the free oil change, the friendly attainable folks at the end of the line. It seems unreal but after today I can actually believe it. I recommend this dealership for any purchases, MINI, BMWs or used cars, these people are professionals honest. I can't vouch for the other salespeople but I can certainly recommend John Genduso, he is awesome. Made my whole experience anxiety free and that a lot to say.

I spoke to Justin about a week before coming by the dealership. He was very friendly and straightforward with me about what he had to offer. When I showed up to the dealership, he let me drive a couple different Minis so I could find the right fit for me. Never did I feel pressured to buy and he explained every feature in detail for me. The paperwork was a breeze and I am now a proud Mini owner!

What I valued most about this dealership is that the men there didn't make me feel like I was at a disadvantage because I am a woman. The men didn't talk down to me, they didn't try to pretend they were my friend's, and they worked with me in every way they possibly could.They let me know they would be there if I had any questions after my purchase. They were straight forward and looked me in my eyes. They were curtious and went out of their way to help make sure I had every advantage of the buying experience which was hard because I basically purchased my car over the phone and only came in to sign the paperwork at the very end. I am a single parent and money is very tight, but I feel like a million dollars in my new MINI. In the past ( before money was so tight ) I had purchased 3 new BMW's and this is by far my favorite car.As well this is my second car from a Sandy Sansing dealership and each time I was given a great deal and was treated with respect. I spoke with SEVERAL Mini dealerships before deciding on this dealership and the price I was given at MINI of Pensacola was the best one!! Thank You Sandy Sansing Mini of Pensacola!!

Been in for service a couple of times and each time has been wonderful, Very knowlegage and friendly folks. I don't feel ripped off and they always inform me of what's going on. Identifies the issue, explains it, gives price, and fixes it (so far) without re-occurance. Couldn't ask for more from a dealership.

These folks went above and beyond to get me in my new Mini! John is so knowledgeable of these wonderful little cars! He can explain any and everything about the car. John was a wonderful Motoring Advisor! Randy did everything in his power to get me in this wonderful little vehicle and I cannot thank him and Frank enough for all their hard work! I really can't speak highly enough of this Dealership.

I have been in the market for a new car and had never...
I have been in the market for a new car and had never considered a MINI Hardtop Cooper S until my friend told me about them so I went up to the dealership on a Saturday with a friend and was greeted by the salesperson Alicia. She gave me very accurate details on the car, and was very informative. She then asked if I would like to take on on a test drive in which I agreed. I drove it, and was quite impressed. We exchanged information and I left. My friend that was with me then considered trading in his Jeep for a MINI, and he was going to go up to the dealership and test drive one himself, and I agreed that I would go with him so I can get a second look at the car. Once we arrived we were greeted by Alicia again, but then Justin came out from around the corner and asked us if we were military, and to which we responded yes. It seems right after we had said yes he immediately began accusing us of "killing time by driving sports cars." He also told us that these are not toys and that he did not want our business. Amazed at the rudeness I had just seen I left, and immediately sent an e-mail about our visit and to which he replied "I remember when I was a younger age, I would go to dealerships and test drive sports cars to kill time" So he assumed because of my young age (I'm 20 years old) that I was just trying to kill time. I feel as I was discriminated due to my age, and that I was military because that was one of his first questions, and after we answered that he immediately acted to remove us from his dealership. I will not be leaving this alone, and am currently waiting for an e-mail reply, and I will probably be going higher up in the management to make them aware of this situation. The salesperson Alicia was very informative and I would recommend her, but due to experience I had with Justin I will not be purchasing anything from this dealership.
