After taking car for test drive, price increased almost $2k. Argued about it, price back to advertised but then extra dealer prep fees added on top of standard processing fees. Also tag fees inflated. No deal! Waste of time!

I went to the dealership with my 18 year old daughter to test drive an Elantra. We had an appointment with Glen Jones, he was a friendly as they come! She test drive the one we went to drive, fell in love with it and drove home in it. I highly recommend this dealership, unlike the others I've dealt with when buying new cars over the years. I always leave dealerships feeling beat up, taken advantage of, ganged up on, lied to, and with some form of buyers remorse. Having bought some extra this or that package or add-on that I really didn't want or need but felt pressured into buying. Thankfully when I said, "no, thank you" they moved on and finished the paperwork and I left with a thrilled 18 year old car owner! Thank you Glen, Ben and staff for my first out of 7 ever great new car buying experience!

I just purchased a brand new 2021 Hyundai Kona night edition. Shante was the best! She’s brand new to the business. She was so courteous and professional that I never would’ve guessed that she had only been working at Ourisman only 2 weeks! She was able to get me in a brand new vehicle without hassle. The Manager Ben Stark (aka Iron Man) was extremely helpful as well. I couldn’t have done this on my own. They found a loan the fit my budget without much of a down payment! I highly recommend buying a vehicle from Ouirsman Hyundai of Laurel. They are incredibly awesome people.
