Purchase complete

Salespeople Kevin Foote and Ross Perry are excellent to work with. I was looking for a good used pick-up and they exceeded my expectations with matching up the perfect vehicle. The pricing and trade-in was fair and completion of the sale was simple.

Another good experience

This is my third vehicle I have bought through these guys. When the time comes for another purchase it will be here. The people are nice, the process is easy, and I had to take my kids and they have kids play room which keeps them busy! Most dealerships don't go that far for the kids of their customers.

Awesome car and experience

quick credit approval...literally with in minutes of submitting application online someone contacted me from internet department. Very easy to deal with, had car ready to test drive and showed me all the features of the new technology so I didn't have any questions when I left. In and out in under 2 hours.

Bill Summers Ford AAAA++++

On our way back from out of town trip pulled in to North Platte to get gas and the water pump just went out all the sudden everyone in town was pretty nice got the car down to Bill Summers ford and they been over backwards to help us even brought A doggie treat for her new puppy that they were super cool about us having our 9 week old puppy inside of their building they are a pet friendly place and we had no other place to put our pet that wasn't super hot, they couldn't get the part until the next morning they helped us get into a hotel they drove us over there with all of our luggage there's nothing bad that I can say about those people had an unfortunate thing happen with the vehicle but they made it as good as it could possibly be and they rushed to fix it the next morning so that we can get on the road and get home thank you Bill Summers Ford and all the staff

Car maitenance

Device completed and done timely... everything was professional. Basic oil change.. check fluids. Rotate tires. These ford surveys are out of control... I've always used ford... I'm kinda done with the surveys... I'm a busy person

In and out!

I'd been driving down I-80 east bound for the last 4 hours from Cheyenne, when the whole electrical failed on my F-150. I Google "Ford ,NorthPlatte" at Mile marker 170, called Ronda at Bill Summer's Ford and she got me in immediately at 3:30 in the afternoon. The young man that worked at the front desk of the service center was super! He replaces the alternator, and battery and had me on my way in an hour and 15 minutes. I was expecting to spend the night. Thanks so much for being "above and beyond" . Jim Clark 5/3/2017
