I've never had such a seamless and pain free buying process. Ron was a great, transparent and flexible salesperson. There were a couple minor issues with the vehicle that I bought and they addressed them without hesitation and at not cost.

This dealership is very dishonest and deceitful. I called this dealership looking for a price on a vehicle. We agreed on a price and it was even the best price offered. I drove almost an hour to go to the dealership to drive the car and finalize the deal. I even sat down with the sales manager, Ross and arranged to get the car. The next day, the sales person called me to get my application for credit and then called later to tell me that the manager, Ross, cancelled the deal. Apparently, they wanted more more!!! I called the sales manager who explained to me that he was upset because I had called another dealership and asked them if they could beat his price, however, I called him and made a deal based on the price another dealer gave me and he had no problem when it was reversed. Either way the dealership wasted days of my time and in the end made false deals and promises they never intended to keep. Beware if you shop this dealership. They are honest in their dealings or offerings.

Best, easiest, most efficient buying (leasing) I ever had. Been leasing cars for about 20 years and this was hands down the best!! There was no haggling for days, in fact I did not even go there to shop, only to pick it up. Everyone was nice, everyone was professional.

They gave me a new Acura loaner vehicle took care of both airbag recalls and checked the car over - it was all washed and vacuumed for me when I picked up. 30,000 mile service for my TLX. Was given a loaner vehicle and an estimated time for repairs but asked if I would like to be called or texted- I opted for the text and did some shopping around town. Upon doing their walk around and inspection they found a few items that needed brought to my attention and which ones I should worry about now which was great! They did exactly as they said they would and it was cheaper than what they said! A car wash was also done. When I purchased my car from Ross Harris the sales manager he told me I would love the service department and he couldn?t have been more correct. Top notch service!

During our experience with Acura of Boardman we found a used Mercedes that my wife wanted. The vehicle needed a few repairs that the dealer was honest about. All was fixed in a timely manner and the numbers came out just as they promised
