My experience with the Audi Service Department and Malachi Lindsey was very positive. My car was serviced and it was ready when he said it would be. He explained the two outstanding recalls on my Audi and made me an appointment to have them repaired. He was knowledgeable and personable. I've had other cars serviced at Astorg, but this experience was above and beyond the others.

Prompt service, kind and knowledgeable of the product. Super helpful with getting all the cars we wanted to test drive. Personable.

My husband and I just purchased an Audi Q7. Gary and the rest of the staff were wonderful! We live two hours away, I called before we left. Gary had my Q7 ready for a test drive when we arrived, he met us in the parking lot when we arrived. The process was easy and fast! No red tape, no pushy sales tactics! My experience with this dealership has been pure perfection. From the sales staff to management; every single concern I had was assuaged and handled professionally. I’ve never bought a vehicle from out of state, and as this was quite an expensive car, I had plenty of trepidation right from the start. I can say this about Astorg and Diana (my sales rep): This is how all dealerships should operate. Literally every part of the transaction was smooth, they were honest and transparent with me, and they went above and beyond to make sure I was a happy customer. I WILL be buying another car from them when the time comes, and I think if you’re looking at cars from them, you should too. P.S. Ask for Diana! This entire experience was a 10/10 for me :)
