Gary was amazing in helping us get the Audi Q5 that we wanted. It was during the start of the pandemic that we ordered the SUV. It took forever to get her to Charleston. Gary kept us in the loop and finally pulled some strings to get her here. ( The SUV is much to pretty to be a he, has to be a she.). Gary stayed in contact with us during the first few days after purchase just to make sure everything was good and if we had any questions. Steve Reese is an absolute rockstar! You will not find a salesperson as dedicated to his customers as he is! He was always quick to respond, very personable, professional, honest and knowledgeable! Excellent experience with Gerry Flynn purchasing my daughter her first car. Especially during these difficult times Jerry was accommodating and efficient. I would highly recommend him to any one looking to purchase a new car.

Diana and the dealership were great to work with. Diana would respond to my many questions even if she wasn’t at work and was willing to communicate through text messaging. It seems the dealership does offer some of the lowest prices in the surrounding market. Great customer service for a potential buyer with many questions. I never felt pressured and when I realized what I wanted they searched the market for the car and shipped it in on a flatbed within days.

We traveled over seven hours one way to see and purchase a vehicle listed on-line. The staff at this dealership could not have been more accommodating. In particular, Salesman Gerry Flynn was not only extremely pleasant and knowledgeable, he went above and beyond to assist us with our needs. Responded to a certified used car listing on line. Received an immediate call back from Gerry Flynn.. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. The car was fairly priced based on others on the market. I had a trade in that was given a very fair appraisal as well. Within one day after agreeing to purchase, a flatbed with the car arrived at my house 600 miles away and my trade was loaded up. Roy was the person who delivered it. He was wonderful as well. Bottom line, the car I received was in perfect condition, exactly as represented. No nonsense fees were added, and it was the easiest and fastest purchase I have ever had. I would highy recommend this dealer and Gerry in particular.

I took my car in for a left front speed sensor and a climate control module as my computer said that’s what it needed. They kept my car a month and billed me $650.00 to tell me my car needs a left front speed sensor and a climate control module. I now take my car to Audi of clarksburg WV
