They Go Above and Beyond in Their Customer Service

I would highly recommend Jim Hudson Toyota to everyone. If I could have given a 10 star rating I would have. I have never before experienced such exceptional customer service from any business. Their waiting area is fantastic and the food amazing! Any concerns/issues are dealt with promptly, efficiently and with your welfare as their foremost concern. Their shuttle service is far and beyond one of the best. Kudos to Mike, Dave and everyone at Jim Hudson I've ever had the pleasure to meet.

outstanding

As usual my experience at Jim Hudson's Toyota was outstanding......my service rep, Mike Crocker, is always helpful and friendly. Wait time was a minimum this trip.

good service

recently i visited this service center for servicing and they did a very good job. I am satisfied. i was having some problem and they fixed it and gave a complimentary car wash.

20,000 mile service

Appreciate your help - I'm sold on Toyota - the vehicle dependability and the service department. The BLTs from the inside deli counter are pretty good too [friendly]. I appreciate the professional effort Mike Crocker routinely provides. I like the fact that he suggests what I need to do such as tire balancing. FYI - this is my second Avalon. Shockingly Good

In three trips for routine service I have been blown away by the experience. I actually look forward to returning for more service. The work was done very quickly and done right THE FIRST time. This is by far the best service I have ever received at any dealership. All personnel are very helpful and friendly.

Side molding replacement

Visit was just to get a piece of side molding replaced on new Avalon. Patrick Meyer got me in and out very quickly with Very friendly service. If I have to return for service, I would love to have his assistance again.

What a service department SHOULD be like!!

Jerry Kilgo ... (really ALL Jim Hudson Service Department Team), provides the highest of quality service. There are now two Toyota dealerships closer to my home, but I'll drive the extra 10 miles in all three of my Toyotas just to have this service team service my cars.

Service Surprise

My husband brought my Sienna in to have the remote control mirrors replaced. A loaner car made his day! Thanks, Jim Hudson Toyota, for the unexpected "extra mile"!

Service and Sales here have always been GREAT

I brought my RAV4 in to have an on-board computer re-programmed. They were ready for me at the scheduled time and finished the service in less than half an hour. I did not even have time to finish my free coffee. They also washed my car, which I really appreciated. Another Toyota dealer in town does not do this. I have been going to Jim Hudson Toyota since 2007 and have always been treated as a valued customer. You can be sure that when it comes time to replace my RAV4 I will be back here to see what they can do for me.
