Camry

I bought a 2014 Toyota Camry hybrid with the help of Jeff Slaven and financed it with Toyota with payments I can afford. I continue to be taken care of whenever I go in to Jim Hudson Toyota for service. I was in and out in one hour thanks to Edgar Alewine and Jerry Kilgo.

Great Service

I was very pleased with the service and professionalism at Jim Hudson. Jerry was very thorough in his suggestions, and I felt like he wasn't just telling me a bunch of things that needed to be fixed. He gave me a good time line on when things should be fixed so I wouldn't have to pay a big chunk of money all at once.

Consistent Quality Service

Having purchased my first Toyota from Jim Hudson in 2008, I have visited the service department regularly since that time. No one likes to take their car in for service or repair, but my visits here over these years have been uniquely and consistently good. There are many reasons for this including quality automotive products, clean and well maintained facilities, and the many customer amenities that are available, especially, for us service "waiters". However, this dealership appears to have one of the best trained service departments I have ever experienced. Period. When I arrived, Jerry Kilgo wrote up my service request. During the process, he gave a detailed explanation of why I might be experiencing random brake noise with my Prius. He also explained why my car did not need a particular service that I requested and then he "handed me off" to Mike Crocker whom I had requested online to handle my service request. After a reasonable wait, Mike explained what the mechanic had done regarding the brakes (no cost), explained that a recall issue was addressed, told me what the cost of the visit would be, and told me what would be involved with my next factory recommended maintenance. As usual, Mike was very professional, personable, and consultative. I like that.

Steve is the man!

After spending all of Friday at different dealerships, including other Toyota and Mazda ones, I'm really happy that we ended up over at Jim Hudson, but I'm especially happy I ended up with Steven Arnold. Out of at least ten sales guys and girls, and countless over the phone exchanges, all at other dealerships, Steven was my favorite sales professional of them all. He really was the most pleasant, friendly, and patient to work with. I never felt rushed or pressured. In fact I got to ask all the questions I didn't feel the freedom to ask at Toyota Center the day before. Next time I buy a car again, we'll start off at Jim Hudson, but specifically ask for Steven Arnold. And if we win a lottery anytime in the near future, I'll come in and get that Tundra you all had displayed! Man oh man! Seriously, from one Steve to another, thanks brother. You rock!

friendly and helpful

Sly was a great salesman, he was friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable when my family came to help me find a car. Everything was transparent and he didn't try to push us into something we didn't want. He was able to put us in a great car within the budget we told him we were looking for---at the end we felt we got a great deal and was treated fairly and with respect by Sly. The next time we are looking for a car, we'll definitely come see Sly. Mr. Asher was also very friendly and helpful once it came time to purchase the vehicle. He was able to work with us to get an extended warranty that stayed within our budget.

Great experience

I always have a good experience when I go to Jim Hudson. I was quick to be greeted when I got there and Chris did a great job keeping me updated on my car as well as doing his best to save me money. I won't go anywhere else for my car service needs!

Easy service. Drove right in, Mike greeted us with a smile, listened to us, talked WITH us about what was going to happen and kept us informed on how long the service would take. Car was ready early, it was washed, and Mike explained what happened and when the next service would be. Super.

I have a 1999 4Runner with 330,000 miles. I purchased new from Toyota Center, but followed JB Storey to Jim Hudson. I have always had excellent experiences with maintenance at Jim Hudson's. I have dealt with Mike Crocker who has always been excellent, and I have dealt with other maintenance personnel with no complaints, and always pleasant, competent service. The formula for success is simple, competent, honest, and treating customers as you would like to be treated. Jim Hudson is to be complemented. Thank you. Rob Clark
