This is my second Toyota Highlander purchased from Jim

This is my second Toyota Highlander purchased from Jim Hudson Toyota. The second experience was probably the best. My sales associate Len Wall was fabulous. He answered all of me and my husband's questions no matter what we asked. He was very knowledgeable about Toyota vehicles. I had a specific list of needs in a vehicle, and he got me everything I wanted under our overall budget. Our finance associate, Brittany, explained all of our payment information in detail which was great because the first time around in 2016 that part of our experience was awful. I would recommend Len at Jim Hudson to anyone. He did not pressure us to leave with a car the first day I went in. He allowed us to go home and give it some thought and if the car was still available to come back and see them. And that is what we did!

I had a great experience here! Matthew Renfrow the salesman was fantastic and the financial manger, Cynthia Roe, was also wonderful. Both were very helpful in helping me buy my car! I would totally recommend them.

The sales team at Jim Hudson Toyota were all very friendly and patient. Doug Morrison in particular was a huge help to my wife and I. He walked us through the whole purchasing process and made everything very easy to understand. I cannot recommend Doug enough, he’s fantastic!

Best car buying experience I’ve ever had.

Best car buying experience I’ve ever had. Everyone was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help us. Len was our sales person and he was great! We never felt pressured in any way. Jamie worked hard to get us the best deal. Brittany (Stephanie, Bethany, Whitney, Betty 😊) was also amazing! We had some a hiccup towards the end and it was after they had already closed. They worked just as hard to help us get through the issue when they could have easily given up and sent us home. I’m very appreciative of the team of people we dealt with that day. I will recommend them to anyone who will listen!

These people robbed us!

These people robbed us! They explained there was only one fob then they presented us with one that was taped together Wrote a 27000 dollar check to be dismissed by a female finance manager who told me mine was the smallest issue she ever heard. My salesman offered a case replacement but I had to go after it. Told him I would probably come after it Thursday. I didn’t make it that day and can’t get any help till Len gets home from Disney World.took the money and ran.
