Had a great experience at this dealership from the sales

Had a great experience at this dealership from the sales to financing. One thing that left much to be desired was the “detail” they did on my vehicle. The exterior was clean, but when I got in the car, it looked like someone just got done driving it through the woods with the windows open.

Very expensive quote for 30k mile check.

Very expensive quote for 30k mile check. Davina was rude. They stayed if I didn’t do my oul change at the dealership it would void my warranty. $230 for an oil change is steep. I couldn’t yse the coupon i forgot at home . Makes me not want to purchase another VW. Oh and offered to call me an Uber when they have a shuttle service. No car wash as promised with service when I bought the car. Feeling disappointed

Service and customer appreciation is terrible

We took our car in for an inspection because we were having some issues and they came back saying we needed to fix breaks and a few sensors and we paid 2k for the service and we got it back with the inspection report and it said everything was green 2 days later our car broke down in the springs 3 hours from home and we had to pay to have it towed back home. We took it to the shop and had it inspected again and they said they needed 5k to fix everything that changed from green to red in a matter of 2 days. When we went to pick the car up after spending 7k the check engine light came on again 2 hours later and we took it in again said they would remedy the situation and pay for the rest of the fixes and have us a car to use. After 3 days we went to pick it up again and they tried to charge us 1k for work that we had paid them to fix in the first 2k. We asked how on their inspection sheet it went from green to red in 2 days the service manager told us they don’t fully look at everything they just listen to the engine. The inspection was 161$ by the way. Do not go to this dealership we had our car there for almost 3 weeks being worked on and it still didn’t get fixed after paying to fix everything they said was wrong.
