We went into Gebhardt with our VW Passat looking to get something that would make us a bit more comfortable on Colorado's winter and also allow us to carry all of our athletic equipment to training and racing. We got out of there with a dream 2017 Tiguan and knowing for sure that not only is VW the best brand you can get but also that Tomaso and Joe will make everything to customize your experience and to help you nail the best deal in Boulder! We could not be happier with the car but also with such prepared, knowledgeable and overall amazing professionals that VW Gebhardt has. 5 starts all the way!!! Took my Jetta into Gebhardt (where purchased) for an oxygen sensor replacement. I had this error code determined PRIOR to bringing in. Note that the car has 14,000 miles on it and this should not have been necessary for at least another 50,000 miles at the earliest. Scheduled an appointment for 11 am, called prior to bringing it in to confirm the amount of time required for the repair. The scheduler said 2.5 - 3 hours, then confirmed with a service tech who also said 2.5 - 3 hrs. She said that if I brought it in early (9:30), I could get it back early. I rescheduled my day, dropped it off at 9:30, and confirmed with the service tech on the turnaround time. He said what the others did, but emphasized that it would be closer to the 3 hour time. I called back after 2.5 hours to check the status, and found out that the car was "still in queue". I requested that the service manager call me to discuss, which he never did. I went back to the dealership and nothing more had been done 3 hours later. The receptionist confirmed giving my number and request of a call to the service manager (ignored). I met with the dealership manager, who gave me the bum's rush out of the showroom, then ditched me in the service department. Then a mechanic came in and told me the car needed a new oxygen sensor - brilliant!!!. It took over 3.5 hours to determine what I found out in 2 minutes at the auto parts store. This replacement is not rocket science - an oxygen sensor has a plug at one end and a threaded fitting on the other. Realistically a 30 minute job. This is a warranty issue, otherwise I would do it myself. No consideration, respect, or basic customer service was ever demonstrated. Buyer beware

Worked with Tomaso Lamanna to get a 2017 Tiguan. Great overall experience - he was knowledgeable, helpful, and best of all he listened to us and never pushed, never rushed, never did anything except make himself available to help us out. Would definitely recommend Gebhardt Volkswagen.

Big backseat and trunk; energetic and fuel-efficient turbocharged engines, responsive. The technology is great and it is smooth to drive. The mileage is awesome as well, 40 MPG, The inside dashboard layout is very basic.
