I bought my first car at this dealership and they are awesome. I had an all around a very good experience. I talked to rich moss who showed me the cars I was interested in. I found him to be very honest and a helpful person. On that particular day, we had already been to many dealerships and were tired of their usual nonsensical ways. Which is why this was a pleasant surprise. We actually made our decision fairly quickly. We were given enough time to think and the car we bought was very clean, certified and in great condition. Rich explained us many things about the vehicle and was very engaged throughout the process. I honestly- would love to buy my second car here too, simply because I can be certain I will be treated right. Rich checked in on us the next day as well to make sure things are looking good and offered us his direct contact as well, in case there is ever any issue. That was a very helpful gesture on his part. I have already recommended this to two more of my friends who are in the market.

Purchased my third VW from Gebhardt. I have always had a great experience when buying and servicing my VW cars. Tomaso was very helpful and patient with getting what I needed. Everyone I encountered were helpful and friendly.

This location made me want to be a customer for life here. I have had horrible experiences in the past with Autonation and let me just say that this place has been the opposite! My car is so clean and I even left with a full tank =) Rich Moss was super friendly and nice! I'm happy he sold me my new car.

For the folks with a short attention span, this dealership is fantastic, their service, sales, and parts departments all have extremely helpful & knowledgeable folks. I bought my car here, bought parts here, and have had MAJOR service/repair done here with no headaches or bad experiences. Now, for the in depth piece: I put MAJOR in all caps because my '15 GTI had, most likely, the most major repair imaginable. In a 1 in a million chance, fluke, manufacturing error, the connecting rod for cylinder 4 on my GTI failed while I was on the highway, causing a catastrophic failure, wrecked the block etc. etc. I had it towed to Gebhardt where I had purchased it, and in 7 business days my service Advisor, Wayne Carmichael, and Gebhardt, had a new motor and clutch in the car, inspected, test driven, and handed me back the keys. I received detailed updates as parts arrived and details unfolded, and more so I received stellar, fast, professional service here. In buying the vehicle, Geoff Gabriel went above and beyond and stayed in contact with updates and fielded any questions I had. He's a great guy, that's it. I will be back to see Geoff when my lease in done for another vehicle. Thank you Gebhardt.

Geoff Gabriel really came through to help us with a car for our daughter in Boulder, dealing with us in Chicago! Rich was great. I had come to him after having an awful experience at another dealership. I was prepared for war. Rich was sensitive to my needs, applied very little pressure, has a great sense of humor and was very kind. Even after I called him to tell him that I had decided to buy my car somewhere else, he supported my decision and wished me only the best. I hope to not have to buy another car for at least 10 years but I would definitely call him if I had to buy another one sooner.
