The staff was very helpful and courteous. The waiting area was somewhat cold however.

Realtor

Had my standard check up oil change, got some new wiper blades and air filter, tires rotated. All was done in a reasonable time and work was explained to me as needed. Always a good atmosphere and pleasant surroundings.

Quicklane - The Works

The Quicklane personnel change in the office has definitely improved the customer service aspect. Thanks for the coffee also! Crossroads Ford in Cary is the model of pampering customers, maybe a bit extreme with pastries and nabs but the customers appreciate them. Thanks Lafayette for noticing and taking action where improvements can be made. Technician Joshua Bowman does an thorough job and I feel confidant that he cares about his work. My thanks to him.

Another great service experience

I've always been skeptical heading to the dealer for those times when the service advisor says, "Yeah, ummmm, you need new brakes, new tires, fuild change, transmission service, etc..". I don't get that at this at LaFayette ford. I appreciate the honesty and believe it's how you make clients for life. When I go in for service I'm usually in/out in 45 minutes so I just wait on it.

50K Vehicle Service

Service staff was warm and receptive. I appreciate that appointments aren't necessary and the fact that the franchise has a walk-in/ quick lube service. Makes scheduled vehicle services more convienent for working professionals.

Awesome experience
