Cjustomer Service
Bought For Focus 2008 for oil change and tire rotation. Checked vehicle and found out I needed other work done. Since I got this work don the car drives so much better.

Respectable dealership
They could not duplicate the problem I was having but they did not act like I didn't know anything but treated me with respect and encouraged me to bring it back if it should happen again. There were no codes in the computer of the car but I will bring my car in if I have any other concerns or need regular services.

2010 Escape Regular Service Visit
Staff is always professional, friendly and helpful. My vehicle (seat, steering wheel, door panel) was clean and free of smudges or grease and this is very important to me. I have purchased (2) new vehicles from Lafayette Ford and both have and are only serviced at Lafayette Ford. I have never had a negative experience and I always recommend Lafayette Ford to friends and family.

Stupid Reviews
I've been going to the QuickLube at LaFayette Ford for a while now. The folks there are friendly, and the service is relatively quick. I was going to the QuickLube at Crown Ford prior to coming here, until they kept insisting that I take my business to the main service department. Come on guys, it doesn't take three days to change the oil in my pickup.
