Do your homework on internet first

Fair price!Everything was done in approx one hour. Negotiation was without usual dealer game.They wanna sell car.We exchange tree offers each and job was done.Internet also can help you a lot.Do research.

Best decision!

I was initially very skeptical about working with New Motors BUT I?m so glad I did! Ryan made me a New Motors fan and a Subaru fan! It was a great decision! The finance department was really good too!

With one exception (a service issue when the service was not completed properly), I have not had any problem with any of my dealings with my Subaru or New Motors. This is my 4th Forester.

Outback service visit

It’s an easy experience, clean, well maintained facilities, no hassles, pleasant personnel. Certainly someplace I would recommend to friends and family.

Incredible service

Amazing experience. My dad went in the day before to knock out the leg work, since I moved to Pittsburgh and couldn't get off work. I looked at a 2013 Sonata, and loved it. The process was fast and simple, less than 2 hours later I was leaving with my new car. Mike Francis came in on his day off to show me the car and finalize everything, and that just screams customer service to me. Working with Nicole in finance went great as well. She thoroughly explained everything, and was so nice the whole time. This was my first time buying a car from a dealer, and it couldn't have been a better experience.

Amazing service!

Mr. New has been in business in Erie Pennsylvania since 1971 and I can see why he is so successful. He has a great group of people that work for him. I will definitely recommend everyone here.

This was my first experience at New Motors and it was a great one! Dan and Joe were very helpful and I love my new Tiguan!
