Everything went very well. I was given the advise to have my maintenance check and oil change on the lease at the time of inspection.

In Just over an hour.

We knew going to the dealership which SUV we were interested in looking at, and how much we were willing to pay. After the test drive and negotiating, and a small wager with our salesperson on the time it would take, they had us out the door in just over the hour we gave them.

New Compass

Jon Klein was excellent - Great Price and very easy to work with! Immediately made me feel comfortable and all of the numbers were clearly laid out and simple to understand. All the staff made me feel like I was one of their own. The finance manager went though all of the paperwork and never hesitated to explain any of the documentation. No Pressure and Highly Recommend Chapman Jeep.
