Service Dept Desk
I was a new customer who just relocated to Chapman area and lifetime Ford customer. I only had 2 experiences with the service Dept more specifically front desk ( 2nd visit because they did not fix problem first time). The front desk reps we're indifferent and acted as if I was intruding on their own time. Their attitude and attempt to listen and help was unacceptable. I will never return to Chapman!

2017 Ford Escape
We didn't quite drive off with what we wanted. But our sales associate was very patient with us and helping us to compromise on a good car. Would I come back here to purchase another car - probably not because of the distance. But otherwise the customer service was ok.

2008 Kia Optima
Steve Levitt was our salesman yesterday and today. I was looking for an inexpensive car for my grandson. He was extremely helpful and patient. He made the experience of car shopping a lot less stressful. He answered all our questions and will definitely recommend him to my friends.

INCREDIBLE DEALER AND TRANSACTION
I can't say enough about Tom Borah, Steve Wepryk and Colleen Card and their incredible service. My local dealer ignored me and they stepped in from 60 miles away and listened to my needs. The team above at Horsham handled the whole transaction with speed while maintaining the highest level of integrity and professionalism. They listened, gave options and worked with me to find a car. They delivered my 2017 Ford Focus Hatchback to me as described at a great price and Steve spent time taking me through all the features before leaving. I am 60 and have bought allot of cars in this was the most amazing car buying experience in all my years. The pride they had in delivering excellent customer service and taking car of my needs was just unbelievable. They were able to something that my dealer 10 miles away and every other dealer between here and Horsham couldn't. Thank you all again, look forward to seeing you when my son's lease is up in the spring!!!!!!

Awesome Saleperson
I have come in to see Del Burns expressing my interest in leasing a Dodge Ram PU. He was very personable and pleasant to work with on my first encounter. He worked up a deal for me and I thanked him for his time. He never pressured me and didn't annoy me with numerous calls or emails to establish my interest. At a later date I came back in to see him and again he was a pleasure to talk with and he answered my questions. Today I came into to see Del Burns one more time and I let him know I was ready to drive away in a truck. I gave him my comfort number and he was able to get me close enough to the number with some other benefits for me with maintenance that I'm driving out of here in my new Dodge Ram PU truck. Thanks for all your help and negotiating me the number I am comfortable with.
