You will feel dirty and used if you buy a car from this place. I bought a 4Runner less than 90 days ago, paid 3,000 extra for a useless warranty. Sold me a car with electrical problems, shocks so busted they're not even attached to the vehicle, and then tried to say it wasn't their fault as the car was a repossession. Interestingly enough, the paperwork left in the glove box, showed the car originally was financed through fibre credit union to a nurse in Longview WA and was traded in for a new Jeep vehicle. They also claim that the eyebrow lights that do not work on the 4Runner limited are not stock, they are in fact stock. They have a service department, do they not have a rack to put a vehicle on and do they not know what shocks look like or where they're supposed to be attached to the vehicle? Do they not know that cars have different options or trim levels? I feel dirty, as if I got used up like a dumb idiot. This place is sleazy, slimy, they do not care. They will actually just lie. Say they're transferring your call and hang up on you repeatedly. They want your money, want you out the door and never want to see you again. Do not buy a vehicle from this place. They do not inspect the used cars they sell, or they do and knowingly will sell you a worthless piece of junk. *** Edit to add, they did offer to pay half of the cost of repairs to have the shocks fixed locally or, I could take the car to them and have their shop fix it. I asked if they'd pay for the tow, the car is not drivable without shocks, it's 59 miles from my home to their dealership, they never called back. 1. Why would I want their shop, that put the car on the lot knowing it wasn't right or unable to diagnose needed repairs correctly to even touch my car again?. 2. They would only do this if I took down my post, and signed something stating they fixed the problem and I wouldn't write another bad review about them. They also refused to address the non working eyebrow lights, at all. So for the 500 bucks they offered, this post stands. They can fix it and fix it right or I can use whatever platforms I have to prevent someone else from being screwed over. You work hard for your money, think who you want to give it to. Oh, important to note, NBA players come in there and pay cash for new cars, our salesman was really impressed by this and thought we should be as well. Get over it. Sorry I'm just a working class, staff nurse, only 5ft 3, basketball was never my thing. Helping others is, helping others is not Gresham ,Chrysler Jeep, Dodge, whatever whatever's thing. P.S. check out their 2 star rating on yelp

I would give zero stars if possible.
I would give zero stars if possible. My ecodiesel ram blew the engine and cost 23,000 to replace. Day that I picked it up after being told it was done and was all good, I took for a drive and my water temp went thru the roof. Low and behold the put the water line on but not the clamp and it came off. Took truck back told them that it happen and they took a "good look" and found no issues. A coupledays later my truck threw a very large bolt out from under the hood, took truck in again and they found where the bolt came from. Few days later the temperature outside went to about 80 and I turned on the AC and no cold air. I took the truck in again and they said AC not work was not there fault but after testing the system they said my AC clutch was bad and needed replacement. Finally I was so mad I took my truck to a trusted mechanic to repair AC and when looking at it he plugged it back in and suddenly AC worked perfectly. I will never ever use Gresham DRJC service center ever again. By the way the whole experience with the service center I found them Rude and Nasty calling me a liar and a threat. What a joke I'm 59 and recovering from a heart transplant. Never again. Go to NW jeep instead.

Service is atrocious
3.21.22 Unprofessional, disorganized and no communication. Had an appointment for 1040a, dropped around 1030a. Went to run errands with a friend. After 2 hours, I had to call them for status. Reception sent me to...? left my info, said service advisor would call me right back. About 5 minutes after that call I got a text saying this is Jim from Gresham dodge, if you have any questions reply to this text. I replied. No answer. After 20 minutes I texted again. 20 more minutes I called again. At 150p spoke with Jim, my service advisor. My truck had not even been pulled in yet. We talked about the text and no reply, no communication after I dropped my truck, and he said he should know something by 3. At 250p I stopped in. Truck still not even pulled in. He said maybe they could get to it in an hour. MAYBE??? So after 4 hours AFTER my set appointment, and no communication from them unless I initiated (the 4th time) I think I'm done. A complete waste of a day to have my truck sit in their parking lot. Had they told me it would take a whole day, I would have prepared for that or gone somewhere else. My time is valuable. If I need to leave it for a day for a noise, Tell me that. If you're that backed up, make appointments for later. There are several options to have made this better. They just seem not to care about other peoples time. Or communication. I do not recommend them in the least.

Pressure Tactics, But Kyle was great
Kyle our salesman was great, funny willing to work around our schedule and zero pressure. The price for the truck was also a fair price. What was really inappropriate the financial person. He offered us $5,000 less than the RAM website quoted us for our trade in. When I asked why, he said the CARFAX showed a major accident with extreme damage to the front end. Since we had never had an accident in the car and checked it before we bought it I asked to see the report. When he brought it to me the report showed a minor incident to the front left fender. He said he must have confused mine with another customers…. I told him what the website quoted me and he didn’t believe me. “They would never offer that much” he said. Then he asked if I had email confirmation of the offer. Not knowing I needed to bring proof of an offer from Dodge, I said I wasn’t sure. Then I looked through my deleted emails and found it. When I showed it to him he said he didn’t understand why they would do that and I couldn’t expect that for a trade in. Then out of nowhere he said that the “frame didn’t line up”, which is completely untrue and slightly ridiculous. When I said that his offer was too low he said “he’d see what he could do”. Then came back with not a conversation or offer but just another already printed up breakdown, offering me $750 more for my trade in. He didn’t mention it, just started to try to get me to pick a rate and sign. If Kyle hadn’t been so good to work with, I would have left right then. It absolutely ruined the whole process and I doubt I’ll ever recommend this dealership, if I do I will definitely warn them of the 1960’s pressure tactics by the financial department.

They will lie to your face
I will never do business here again. I hope the owner sees this review, 0 accountability has been taken by the dealership. My wife and I just bought our first home a few months ago, so we have been very careful about our credit and keep a very watchful eye on it… Gresham Dodge lied to our faces about checking our credit more than one time after countless emphasis by us to not do so. We went to Gresham dodge on 9/13/21 and purchased a 2013 Ram 1500. I specifically told the salesperson Jim and the finance manager Mike as well as the other person working with us that we DID NOT AUTHORIZE MORE THAN ONE CREDIT INQUIRY. We suggested Chase since we have several credit cards with them. We were REASSURED we only would have one inquiry before running our info, and again when we closed the deal that we only had one inquiry at the dealership but they ran our credit 3 TIMES. I have no clue why this was done being as I have a 740 score and we had a good down payment. I’m beyond pissed and they lied to my face. I’m in the process of disputing this with Equifax and I’ve been calling Gresham dodge since this morning at 7:30am and have just been given the run around every time. The finance manager mike told me on the phone it wasn’t him personally who ran my credit 3 times, but that he “does see the 3 checks” so who was it then? I told them not to run my info more than once, EVERY SINGLE STEP of the way throughout the whole process. So disgusted with this dealership and how people can look others right in the eyes and LIE through their teeth. I’ve had to spend time disputing this as well as calling and calling the dealership who will not have their GM James Harding call me back. I want these 2 inquiries dropped off of my credit profile and Equifax advised me to call the creditors while they investigate the dispute. To top it off…. When we left, after getting all our paperwork etc.. they forgot to take our money!! Had we not been the honest people we are, they wouldn’t have collected the $3800 cash down payment in addition to our trade in. We were already in our new rig with keys and temp sticker and all, and we said hey wait don’t you need our money?… And this is what I find out the following day is that I was lied to and treated like xxxx. I hope to god the truck isn’t a xxx 100 miles down the road. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE.

A positive Service Advisor can make a difference
I bought my Dodge Challenger Scat Pack from the dealership in June 2016. Taking “McKraken” for service anywhere is concerning. However Katie Kemmerer, my service advisor is Awesome. A Perfect 10! She listened to my concerns with the car, not only the problem that brought me in but my concerns on how McKraken would be taken care of. She stayed in touch through the repairs. When I returned for pick up she had everything ready for me to sign and get back to driving. She made my experience one that will bring me back confident that both my needs and McKraken needs will be met. Not 5⭐️, but 10⭐️

Me and my husband wanted new vehicles this Christmas, We went in and Art Marambe a sales man help us. We gave him a list of what we wanted and he got on it. Found me my 2020 Dodge Challenger in the color I wanted and also my husband found the truck he has been looking for. There customer service to us was outstanding. And I would definitely go back for another purchase. If your out and about and looking for a new car/truck go in and talk to Art he definitely knows his stuff. And will get you in and out

Great service
Chad was very likeable from the beginning. Didn't feel any pressure. Felt like he gave us good information about the vehicles we were interested in. Price that was offered up front was good.

Replacing an electronic key/fob
Worked in my job without an actual appointment. The experience was perfect but the 2009 key fob includes a mechanical key for the door. The service replacement didn't include the door key. I was told after the service the key would need to be ordered and paid for seperately. Bad policy.
