only place to shop for a Jeep

Wanted a new Jeep. Went in to Jensen Le Mars after a recommendation. I wouldn’t recommend any other place to purchase a Jeep. Lonnie is certainly the Jeep expert. He knows the ins and outs and packages available. He quickly suggested a package after I told him what I wanted and needed. Suggested a long drive to show how each handled on smooth and rough roads. Even explaining the JK JL difference. And there is a big difference. He let me come back the next day after we left with a few in mind. No pressure sales here. negotiated a price easily. Within a few days I was driving my Jeep home, completely satisfied. Lonnie even checked in to see it was all ok and to make an appointment to get my tow package on quickly (ordered from company but was not on the cold package). I won’t go any place else to get a Jeep, and thinking they deserve all my business.

Fully satisfied. We were able to find out why the idiot light was illuminated, and the wiring was repaired satisfactorily.

2019 Jeep Wranger

I bought my 2016 Jeep Wrangler new from Jensen's and Jay was honest, straight, and without the big dealer arrogance so when I was looking at a new 2019 Jeep, I returned to Jensen's. Also, the ladies and gents in the service department will take care of you after the sale.

My saleslady, Kim Lewandowski, was a tremendous help to me both with the purchase process and with switching vehicles so I could drive the new one home. She understood my need for a different vehicle due to physical limitations and made sure I was satisfied with my choice. I would recommend her to anyone looking to purchase.

2018 lightning blue Mustang

The dealership worked with me to get the car and color I wantedat a decent price. They did have to locate one and go get it and I appreciate that a lot. They even managed to deliver it a day earlier. The backup finance guy (Jay) did a great job. The sales lady (Kim) stayed late to deliver the car early and her enthusiasm to do so was nice. She was about as excited for me to get the car as I was.
