Very pleasant. Personal very friendly and even though this was my first time with Flow VW they made me feel like I was a long time customer.

I was looking at trading in my Jeep Wrangler on a Jeep Grand Cherokee. I drove a couple of them. I had always wanted a VW Toureg ever since 2004 when I bought my JETTA TDI. I had looked at a used Toureg the night before. I went back the second night in the Grand Cherokee to compare size and height of the two. I really wanted the Toureg. It was a 2013...28K miles. Very well maintained...at that dealership so they new the history...it looked brand new! I loved it. I could never afford a brand new one but this was in immaculate condition!! VW matched the trade-in price for my Jeep that I had been offered. So I am a very happy VW Toureg TDI owner! My sales person was not pushy at all, Finance dept knew there stuff. The whole transaction was quick and easy. I liked my Jeep but I love my Toureg!! Looking forward to many many happy miles.

Friendly staff, clean and spacious waiting room, fast enough service. My only concern: it is a bit pricey to get your vehicle serviced their.

When I went into the VW dealership I didn't really have a specific car in mind. All I knew was my price range, but luckily an employee by of Chris Johnson helped me find what I was looking for. He sat me down and found me a very good car for the price range that I had in mind. He then made sure that everything was done on time and it lined up perfectly for when I had to get back for school. Overall the business and customer service was great.

During the process of buying my car from Flow VW (Charlottesville), I had every sense that I was dealing with honest gentlemen who wanted me in the right car. I did not feel the need to negotiate, because I knew I was being offered a good deal. I came away with a fine car and am very satisfied.
