I got a 2015 mustang gt. I wanted a specific color and package and they didn't stop till they found what I was looking for. Very fun to work with.

Thomas Miles' Buying Experience

My buying experience was pleasant and seamless with regard to the professionalism of Billingsley sales staff; particularly Nancy Roberts. Nancy kept me engaged by repeatedly taking my offers to the Sales Manger (in a timely manner) and providing me with positive feedback during the sales transaction. She displayed honesty. empathy and a genuine sense of wanting to help me get a deal on my Ford truck. I would buy again from Nancy and would grade her as a outstanding employee of Billingsley Ford. Excellent Service/accommodating staff

Bought the 2011 F150 with 16,000 miles on it and bought the service/ maintenance plan ... This is the 3rd service appt & all is well ! Oil/filter change, tires rotated, battery, brakes, etc all checked out well. Total appt time was abt 75 minutes! Good coffee & comfortable wait room ... I will be back !

Purchase of our 2nd car from Billingsley

The car sales person, Chris Holbrook, was the best salesman I have ever had. This man is a special representitive for Ford. Thank you for having him, he made this purchase relaxing and enjoyable.

Awesome people

I was having my car looked at and while waiting decided to trade my vehicle in. I was not happy with the trade in amount. However, my new Ford Taurus is awesome. The driver's window screeches when opening and hoping this resolves itself. Staff was helpful. Paperwork and sell process could take less time. Love the staff ...They are wonderful
