Incredible customer service!

This is our second purchase from Billy Howell Ford in as many months. We worked with our Randy Mankovitch & Dan Hayward. They took great care of us again! It was a very professional, relaxing experience. We are looking forward to doing business with Randy again. Regards, Dan McMillan

Great service and facilities

Car was taken a few minutes before the scheduled appointment time and the service was completed quickly which was great. Everyone was super friendly and the waiting room was comfortable.

Wonderful service and lease with Bruce and Jeff

we took our Lincoln in for the 30,000 mile check and Jeff helped us in service....He was amazing, helpful and we will be using him for all our service needs with our new Lincoln and T-bird from now on....We also got the new Lincoln with the help of Bruce Castleberry who is wonderful...so helpful and accommodating and we know him for years and trust him! Great service from both the service dept. and new car lease...pleasure to work with both Bruce and Jeff

Outstanding Service

Jim did an outstanding job helping me buy the F150, he took the time to understand the need and selected the truck that would be the best fit and didn't try to sell me on something I just didn't need. He positioned himself as a condultant and not a car sales guy, I really appreciated the approach. I'll definitely recommend him to anyone.

Awesome service!

My husband and I bought our 2016 Ford Explorer at Billy Howell from Randy Mankovitch. He has been the best overall Salesman we have ever dealt with. He was very helpful and we were not pressured at all. Which is huge for us!! We loved everything about our new car and Randy made us a great deal and didn't try to fool us into something good we didn't want or need. He showed us all that we needed to know on the vehicle before we took it home and he took great care of us!! We highly recommend him!! Thanks Randy and Billy Howell Ford!!

Great Experience, Again!

We have bought our last four cars from Billy Howell, and have had an excellent, professional but friendly, and efficient process each time. We like Ford cars, but would be willing to stay with the brand even if we preferred another to keep purchasing from Billy Howell; the experience is truly exceptional. Our most recent purchase took a total of just under four hours from the time we entered the showroom until we drove off in our new Escape, a significant portion of which was spent in just talking and catching with several people we have worked with before. This is the ideal of how a car purchase should work.
