I just bought a 25 ranger xl at billy howell ford in cumming. This is a great dealership to buy from. Cody makes all the difference. He is the salesman you want to buy from.

Working with the Service Department is a nightmare. No communication unless I text or call them. A million excuses as to why no one is working on my car. I can’t even get my questions answered, like have my parts been installed or how long they will have my car. What happened to Customer Service. I guess my next car won’t be American made.

Went in for a service. Promptly received and in processed. Received a text when the car was ready. Bill explained and expected work performed within the expected price. Easy and painless!

Sad to leave this review as I've done business here for quite a while. Actually, I'm trading in my wife's explorer sport this weekend for the new explorer ST. I had every intention of purchasing the car from Billy Howell and specifically Joe Cintron as I've done business with him and find him to be honest and fair. But Mike in service ruined that with one phone call. I contact the service Dept regarding my daughter's ford ( we purchased here) and a recall on the takata airbag. Mike explains that I have to bring the car in, if affected, order the part, send my kid on her way and will notify us when the part comes in. Given this is my 17 yr old daughter's car I was not ok with her driving a car with a dangerous airbag. We had just purchased this car and Mike could not have cared less. Basically told us to go F off when I requested a rental while waiting on the part. So that's exactly what I will do. I'll send photos of our new Ford I would've bought here. Keep up the good work Mike

Scheduled a service appointment 3 days in advance. Arrived on time for a simple oil change. Then waited 1.5 hrs. When’s to check on the progress and found they had not even begun! They just left me sit in the waiting room without the courtesy of letting me know the status.

My husband and I bought a Toyota Sienna from here tonight and had a wonderful experience from start to finish! We had gone to multiple dealerships prior to this and were turned off immediately by the haggling followed by rude attitudes when we asked questions and once they realized we weren't intending to buy, but just look. Very unprofessional. That wasn't the case here. Randy was so great to work with. He wasn't pushy, he was very patient with all of our questions and/or concerns, he was knowledgable and informative when explaining things to us, and most importantly he was honest. I think that's hard to come by these days. Every employee that passed by us was extremely kind and asked if we needed help or if we were being helped already. Great customer service. We are definitely satisified customers and would highly recommend Billy Howell dealership!

This is the second review about this vehicle purchase. I received a call from Dan Haywood about my initial review. He indicated that they wanted to help out the situation and make some accommodations. I returned his call and explained my concern was that they would not honor the price on cars.com and that there were other issues with the deal. He said that they would be willing to provide us $500 to account for the issues He indicated that they might be able to offer more and that he could call in a day to two. I have not heard from him since and have left him multiple voice messages. The dealer did send us a check for $543 and let us know that they would not pay the sales taxes they collected and that we would be responsible for the taxes. I kept checking the review and finally saw a comment on the first review that indicated that I should reach out to Brenda Howell and she would respond to our concerns. I sent her an email and left several voice mail messages and received no response.
