I waited 3 weeks for appt.

I waited 3 weeks for appt. Told scheduler what was wrong. I showed up, took car service home. Got home, 5 minutes dealership called to tell me I had to go to KIA. Back in a ride share to pick up my car at dealership. The scheduler should of know better. The tech at dhc was lovely. Misinformed but lively.

It was a pleasure to work with Mike. Very straightforward, informative, and responsive. Since this was an out-of-state purchase for my daughter, going to school in Poughkeepsie, we ran into a number of issues regarding registration and insurance. Mike was a champ, identified potential problems and was proactive throughout the process. overall an excellent buying experience.
