They add extras on the base price, they include treatments to the car and don't give you a choice as to weather you want them or not.. since they do it to every car it should be included not extra.. I didn't get all the paper work when I bought the car. Like a bill of sale. I was handed a thumb drive by the finance maniger he told everything was on the drive but when i got home and printed out ,it wasn't there neither was the name of the finance company. I am still waiting for the coupon book so I can make my car payments. So much for transparency, they must have come from Washington DC. Ugg.

Service department is excellent. Sales wasn't bad as well. We were able to acquire a rav4 prime in 2 months and though we were charged some mandatory additions, we didn't pay any dealer markup after building the vehicle
