We brought the car in for regular maintenance, but other...

We brought the car in for regular maintenance, but other issues were found. The team (Michael) worked with us to explain what needed to be done and the options we had. We had to leave the car overnight, but the service team paid to have my wife driven home and taken back to retrieve the car when it was finished. We had to spend much more than expected, but at least I understand why.

Recently went to Wappingers Falls Toyota to lease a 2021 Toyota Tacoma 4x4 Off-Road Sport. I was immediately greeted by a sales consultant , Avi Avitan. Mr. Avitan could not have been more courteous and professional. After taking a few notes he quickly had me test driving the truck. I was highly impressed with the Tacoma and signed all the necessary paperwork. I was then introduced to Mr. Lee Burns, General Manager. I can not express how impressed I was with the staff at Wappingers Falls Toyota.

Everything was fine-- I just wish service included a complementary rapid charge. Oh-- and having the TV on nonstop (and loud) in the waiting area was really annoying. Nobody was actually watching it!

Excellent service from Kurt Kuehsel and the staff in getting us the vehicle my wife wanted. A pleasurable, no pressure experience. They didn’t have the vehicle my wife was hoping for and they were able to find it and deliver it to us before our current lease was up.
