The service center was fine. After the experience I had with the finance dept. when I decided to pay the vehicle off after 3 months I called Nadeem Randall 4 times and never had a returned call. Spoke to the assistant mgr. He was very sorry it happened. I also called Toyota 3 times to try and get the title to the vehicle after paying it off. Shame on the dealership as well as Toyota. I only allow that to happen once. After purchasing 4 vehicles there .I expected a little more courtesy then what was received.

Excellent, courteous and professional service. Time estimate for service call was spot on. Best service department of any dealer in the area that I have direct knowledge of.

Everyone at the dealership was friendly. No pushy sales pitch. Good price on the truck. Had one small issue day I brought truck home. Jason took care of it right away.

Mike Giordano is an absolute gem. I've been having a lot of car issues this year (my own terrible luck) and have had to stop in with frequency. Broken cars cause big headaches and the stress can be frenetic. So it's a huge deal knowing that your DCH guy (or gal) is a partner in the whole thing. Thanks for taking a little bit of the weight off Mike. That said, hope to not see you soon, if you catch the drift. Thanks bud!

Brought our car in for oil change and 25,000 mile check. Tom was easy to work with and we waited for the car and it seems everything is okay. Pleased with our service.

Service was great had no issues whatsoever overall a really well service department. No problems with my car everything runs well service department was upfront about my car.

Scheduled regular service and vehicle state inspection for Prius but had to cancel because car wouldn't start. Tiffany said to bring the car in without an appointment after it started. I did and they serviced it. Tiffany kindly went beyond the call of duty by showing me where a local restaurant was where I could wait. I've been bringing my 2 Toyotas to DCH Wappingers since moving to NY 2 years ago and have always been pleased with the service.
