I purchased a used RAV4 and have returned for service despite the distance because the service team is so fantastic. Friendly, professional and efficient!

Did not complete all the requested work and created a

Did not complete all the requested work and created a huge inconvenience for me because now I need to find time to drop the car off and leave it there again. They managed to come up with $1000 of work needed though and did an unneeded inspection as my car just passed inspection a month ago. Also it takes forever to get an appointment

Amazing service!

Amazing service! They helped me after Prestige Toyota left me with leaking engine oil after a routine maintenance. DCH Wappingers Falls Toyota helped me by accepting my car short notice and fixing it same day. They also gave me complementary service which I appreciated so much. I was given constant calls and updates about my vehicle. The mechanic was also great in sending a video and explanation of the inspection and fix needed to the car. My car was fixed! I thank them so very much and will be taking my car here for service going forward!

First let me say, I love Lauren!

First let me say, I love Lauren! She does everything possible to help and always keeps me up to date with what is going on! That being said, I am not happy with whoever worked on my vehicle, this time. After WEEKS of having my vehicle, they did not do a thorough and complete job. The car sat for a long time with nothing being done. Part of that was because incorrect parts were ordered. When I finally did get the vehicle back, there were things not working correctly, along with the vehicle being dirty inside and out. Vehicle needs to go back AGAIN, to have things fixed that were not broken when I dropped the vehicle off. This was a big job and the vehicle should have been completely gone over, BEFORE, it was given back to me. How do you take things apart, put them back together and not make sure everything is in working order before giving a vehicle back to a customer?
