A very good dealership.
A very good dealership. I was having service done on my King Ranch, and while waiting I decided out of curiosity to look and their inventory on lot. I was not looking to buy anything, but my eye caught a beautiful 2020 Lincoln MKZ. Kat Walker came out while I was looking at it, and we took it for a test drive. Then, I took it to show my wife. Long story, short, I traded my King Ranch for the MKZ. Brian Smith, G.M. along with Kat helped to bring this deal together. This Lincoln-Ford dealership has a great team of car people. It is very clean, very friendly, and all share a caring attitude to bring a deal together. It was fun hagglin...the old way. I had ordered my '22 King Ranch in '21 and had gotten a very good deal. If you are considering a new purchase or service, I strongly recommend visiting this dealership.

Buyer beware, not truthful about used cars conditions. Down played former accident. Service department, either couldn't tell that my car had a tranmission problem, or they were waiting for extended warranty to expire

This car buying experience at Fenton Ford in Ada,Ok, was one of the more pleasant car shopping insurance. John, the salesman, was pleasant and helpful. I am always so afraid I’m going to get ripped off when I buy a car, I don’t do it very often. But if I ever buy another car, I will start at Fenton Ford Lincoln. Very nice people. Did I get ripped off? I don’t know but I don’t care because I could have walked out if I hadn’t been ok with the deal. They didn’t insist on getting my keys to my car so I never felt trapped.

I recently purchased a 2021 F-150 from Fenton Ford. I can honestly say that it was a totally pleasant experience, unlike other dealerships I have purchased from in Texas & Oklahoma. I reached out to 30 dealerships trying to find one that would order me a truck for the best price & not add a bunch of hidden fees when it's time to finalize the deal. Brian Cowart was my salesman & I cannot emphasize enough what a honest & straight forward guy he is & was always quick to respond to any questions I had. He didn't play any of the typical games that salesmen like to play & we made all the decisions over the phone. Brian did not try to get me to come into the dealership before I placed my order like many other dealerships did. Some salesmen would not even give me a price by phone. He was exceptional in helping me select options to meet my needs & save me money. The F & I guy, Jonathan Mundy was very honest & did not try to pressure me into any services that I did not want. He was very helpful in helping me choose a Ford Extended Service Plan which I wanted because of all the new technologies on these new vehicles & how long I keep my vehicles. Jonathan offered the ESP at a price that was equal to or better than what I had found online & I did not have to deal with an online vendor, which can sometimes be scary. The ESP at Fenton could be financed into the loan if needed, which cannot be done with online ESP vendors. I had an awesome experience with Fenton Ford & they will always be my go-to dealership in the future. If you are interested in doing business with honest people that don't play games & will save you more than enough money to drive to Ada, give this dealership a try.

Fenton Ford of Ada, Oklahoma are a bunch of lying cheats...
Fenton Ford of Ada, Oklahoma are a bunch of lying cheats after taking a deposit and then adding a $5000 mark up! I have an email trail stating they and I agreed on MSRP for a 2021 Shelby GT500 that they were going to order. Then all of a sudden, they changed their mind without any clear explanation. Fenton Ford of Ada are a bunch of backstabbers and are not to be trusted. Whenever you think of the sleazy dealer stereotype, Fenton Ford of Ada comes to mind!

Let me say this dealership is amazing. I was on the hunt...
Let me say this dealership is amazing. I was on the hunt for a 2020 mustang 5.0 in white with red interior and luckily they had one in stock. Im located in Michigan. I called the dealership and talked to Morgan (the sales manager) and told him i wanted the car. The process was very easy, especially for me since im out of state. I was originally quoted at 3.9% apr and Montana (finance manager) was able to push ford credit to get me to 0% apr. The whole process took 2 hours of waiting until they said the keys were pulled and all they need me is to come in and sign papers. I booked a flight to Detroit to Oklahoma city which is a 2 hours drive roughly away from the dealership. They had a porter come pick me up. The porter Phil was extremely nice and had great hospitality. I arrived at the dealership at 5 pm which they close at 5 pm. They had all the paperwork ready to go. I ran into a problem with my debit card that had a daily limit which went over my head, i spent the next 1 and a half fighting with chase to up my daily limit. All the workers were waiting on my to go home 2 hours past close and where very patient and helping me through this very stressful time. Finally the deal was closed and they gave there personal number to help me if anything goes wrong on my 15 hour drive back. I never seen such great customer service and patience from a dealership. Specifically waiting 2 hours past close to finish a deal.

Never use this company
Purchased a 2016 Ford F350 Platinum truck from this dealership. Upon arrival to look over the truck I found all interior parts behind rear seat missing. The company agreed to purchase all parts then to have them sent to my home address in Kansas. Weeks went by without parts being delivered. Parts arrived and there were missing and broken parts. Once I cleaned the truck out, I found air fresheners stuffed under the seats, in the air vents and behind the seats. Once removed the truck was clearly smoked in and I was very dissatisfied. Months later, I found under the truck where a front end impact had occurred. With attempted frame repairs and multiple other issues that were caused by this impact. Contacted dealership and they had me take the truck to my local Laird Noller Ford dealership for an evaluation. I was provided a estimate of approximately $3,000 to make necessary repairs. After contacting the Fenton Ford Dealership it was nearly impossible to actually speak with the General Manager, I find out they have had multiple Managers that have been replaced multiple times from the time of my purchase. So I have to start over with my issue time and time again. After months of dealing with the different managers, they simply washed their hands of this issue insisting this is not their problem. My local ford dealership also explained to me that the welds that were made on the frame were clearly there for a long time. As well as spray painted over as a potential cover up. As a customer, I spent $44,000 on a truck that had issues. Their company claims the truck went through a preowned inspection which is hard to believe, when I (a non mechanic) was able to find this issue on my own. Then for the company to not offer to make it right by any means necessary, take months to get me an answer, and to deal with many different managers, it seems like a very dishonest company that is not professional what so ever. I have attempted to have the dealership make repairs, trade my truck back into them, and to return for a refund. No manager I have spoke with is willing to work with me what so ever. Requested to speak the matter over with the business owner. Have been waiting weeks to hear from them.
