Hand shakes do not matter to this dealer
I made an appointment at Ada FENTON Ford on Wednesday 5/23/18 at 10 am to sell my 2014 F350 farm truck to them. A young saleswoman named Hailey helped me go through the paperwork, she did her job as far as I'm concerned. The appraiser looked over my truck finished filling in paperwork and then made me an offer of $18,000. I agreed and shook hands with him. It's now almost noon and I'm still waiting on the paperwork to be completed. My father comes from Shawnee to pick me up after I tell him we are waiting on finalization and we go to lunch after our saleswoman says it could take as long as an hour. It's now 1:15 when we come back. I text Hailey, her GM Al Lewis calls her and no answer. I finally get tired of waiting and go to the office of the finance manager and ask what the hold up is. He says, " we have over bought this month and we don't have the money to purchase your truck." I ask him why the xxxx not? I also tell him he's wasted my entire day, cost me $40 bucks in fuel to drive over there and wasted my fathers time and money as well. I tell him he has already made the deal with me and it's not my problem you didn't check first before shaking my hand. It's now 2pm. He tells me there is a dealer in OKEMAH that wants my truck for $18k. OKEMAH is an hour and a half from my home. After gathering up my things and telling them how horrible i think they are I get in my truck and leave with my father following behind me. As soon as I leave I call back and ask to speak to the GM AL LEWIS. He finally answers the phone and I explain to him what happened and he say to me, " I knew nothing about this, Let me look into it and call you right back." It's now 3pm and I'm writing this review that I hope goes straight to BRAD FENTON and I hope that he fixes the xxxxty employee that work there. I 'm a very busy person and they took advantage of my time. They are also liars who look you in the eye and shake your hand without a second thought and then do the exact opposite. Thanks for nothing and thank you for opening my eyes to yet another xxxxty FORD dealership.

Best experience at a dealership in years!
Haley set me up with appointments that worked for my schedule (I'm 9 months pregnant and still working). She set me up with Roxanne and she's a really great saleswoman. Not too pushy and always willing to stay late or reschedule our appointments. My husband and I ended up not buying from here, but she wasvstil super caring and thoughtful. When we look to buying again, we will definitely be back! It's nice and refreshing to have salespeople who care what's best for us, the consumer. Their facilities are really nice as well. All in all I'd say it's one of the best experiences I've had at a dealership.

READ you paperwork
My wife and I both heard the selling price of the pickup. When the papers were signed, the price was $1500 higher. We did not notice this until it was time to get the title as the papers were not explained as we were signing. When asked to explain, two men made feeble attempts then left me sitting for thirty minutes before I left. Read ALL the papers before you sign as you cannot depend on them explaining them!

Will never buy from any other salesman!!
I normally take my dad with me to buy vehicles because I know how dealers can be with a "stupid" girl and how they try to take advantage of their knowledge. I've never in my life felt more respected at a dealership by EVERYONE and Sunny and Dustin were both completely professional and understanding of what I could afford and what I couldn't. They both went above and beyond to not only get me my dream car but they put me up in another mustang for over a week to drive until the rims and tint were done on mine. Every single person I came in contact was talkative and respectful and always made sure I was comfortable while I was there. Absolutely amazing service and I will never buy from anyone other than Sunny.

Worst customer service ever!!
Bought 2014 Ford Raptor but once dale was made they refused to talk to me about any concerns mostly that only came with 1 key. Worst car buying experience ever. Stay away. Will treat well until sale is made but then won?t speak to you again

Terrible customer service
Worst dealership and buying experience ever. Would not go back here at all. Only there to make a sell but afterwords cannot get ahold of them.

No respect for a customer driving to purchase a vehicle.
I had scheduled an appointment and received a confirmation of the appointment from the dealership, to look at and buy a truck. I Drove for over an hour to get there, when I arrived, they told me it sold before I got there, no phone call or apology. Salesman was very rude and disrespectful. I would tell everyone to avoid this dealer. No respect for the customer.

Sneaky
This is the only dealership I bought a car from the doesn't give you the paperwork at the sale. They do an electronic signature and tell you what you're signing. They do this so they can trick you into getting crap that you say you don't want. I've contacted them and they refuse to contact me back I've had to go straight to the Gap company to get this taken care of. I'll never buy a car from them again sketchy sketchy Finance people.
