Awesome Service

As always, I trust no one but Hixson's to service my MKS. I know when I do I'm going to receive professional care and I'm always greeted by a super friendly staff! You guys are tops!

Great Service!

I was able to get my vehicle in and it was serviced and completed within 2hrs. The staff was friendly and this was my first vehicle checkup, ever since I bought it in July 2016. I've had nothing but great customer service from this place and I highly recommend them to everyone. Hixon Ford in Leesville, LA., has earned my utmost respect! Thank you!

Wonderful customer service

Justin is wonderful! He made an otherwise hectic stressful experience not having a vehicle this time of year into a positive experience. He took care of vehicle issues and communicated every step of the way. It was a pleasure doing business with him in an age where customer service is poorly lacking.

I have several Ford auto's and Hixson services all of them and the Others that are not Fords as well. I will not go to any other dealership for service!

2014 Ford f250 XLT Supercrew

I purchased my 2014 Ford F250 from Hixson Ford of Leesville and they have been my First Choice for all my Maintenance needs. No issues. In and out and answer all my question. Justin Bonnette always takes care of my vehicle and to date I am satisfied with the Service I have received.

I'll be back in a year to do a trade!

The technician left some oily hand prints on outside and inside door handle areas, I have a white car with tan interior and it was noticeable. That day it was rainy, and there were many vehicles getting done. I had some baby wipes in the cars and the oil came off very easily. There was no need to return to dealership who wanted to clean the car for me when I mentioned the oil when they called for a follow up survey.
