The Car Whisperer

My Grandparents have purchased two cars there and a couple friends have as well. Always polite and accommodating. There is a tech in the back in repair shop we joked was the car wisperer, he could come out listen to a car for a minute and rattle off the part number of what needed replaced. We once had an incident with a repair being missed which resulted in an accident, but the dealer manned up and paid for the damage.
