Pretty good service.

The service was as expected, pretty efficient. I'm not sure about the added suggested service, whether it was necessary or not.

Great salesman

Matt was great!!!!, He got us in and out. He did all the work while we went to our grandson's football game. When we got back Matt got us right into Fin. Bill explained everything. Got us out in a timely manner.

I have a 2014 F-150 the service was great and my service adviser HUGO keep me up to date of my maintenance throughout the day best service ever

Great service, clean facility,best staff

Had oil changed, I think last Saturday. As soon as I drove in a very nice gentleman greeted me , had his clip board and took all the info from the car while all the service advisors were with the earlier customers. (I think he was the team leader of the advisors).your staff definitely has teamwork, courteous and caring attitude. Then my auto advisor Luis Spera tookover. Luis is the best, very nice, kind,courteous and he explained what needs to be done and made recommendations. Definitely buying my next car at Lithia and service maintenance. Best program that lifetime oil change plan.

Great Service; in need of resolution

Nick did a great job signing me in and taking down my requests and concerns. I had two quality issues, one was completed; the other continues to be a problem. The right tail light marker lights work intermittently. Mostly they do not work. Nick observed this at check in and made notation of the issue; yet when I received the work order at checkout the comment read: "could not duplicate". When I checked it the following morning, the light was out and is still out. I would like the tail light unit replaced. Beyond that, everything was great.

Great buying experience

We purchased the Ford Fusion, 2013 and it is a fantastic car. Christobal was an excellent sales person; he knew every feature of the car. He was extremely professional and very helpful. Christobal set an appointment with me and Vinnie to go over the all the electronic features. Vinnie was extremely helpful. I am 58 years old and it feels great driving a new car! The financing was easy also. Bill worked with Golden 1. Melinda McAllister

Good service

Offer rental or loaner cars to customers that are having problems with their new cars free of charge. Makes a huge difference in customer service. I was only offered a rental 3 days into my car in the shop

Car Service

The service was excellent, the service manager gave me a accurate estimate of repairs, the work was done fast. It is always nice to not have to wait around for your car! I have been there for service ever since I bought my car at Lithia, I do not have any complaints about any of the services I have received.

Good but took a little too long

New waiting room is great. Wifi is great. Oil change should take less than an hour. I Waite 1 hr 45 minutes.
