Terrible customer service

Customer service is terrible. We made an appointment three weeks in advance, and they’ve had the car for two weeks. They told it would be a few days, then a week, and now they keep saying tomorrow. They have no loaner vehicles and refuse to pick up the phone, either to answer or provide any updates. We have had to go in person or call a different department to get anyone.

Terrible Service

Absolutely terrible experience. Their warranty was touted as a selling point, but the service department has had our car for over two weeks, is unwilling or unable to provide us with a loaner vehicle, is impossible to get in touch with, and has shown a complete disregard for the customer.

Terrible service

Service is terrible and unapologetic. Calls and voice messages are not returned. Parts are not available. We received a recall notice for a defective part in September 2020 and the repair was completed on June 2, 2021. After awhile, we proactively called to check on the status of the parts and timing for repair - ten messages were not returned. If anyone owns a service warranty, we imagine that it might expire before you can get an appointment. We agree with others - NEVER buy a car at OC Welch due to the inability to service your vehicle in a timely and professional manner. And they do not seem to care.

Great buying experience

One of the more pleasant buying experiences I have had lately. No high pressure, had the truck I wanted and was able t o put together a deal. This is one of several vehicles I have bought from O.C. over the years.

Great service!!

O.C welch went above and beyond to help me get into a new car when my 2012 lincoln had issues that ford could not fix. He took it on himself to personally over see that i was able to get a new car that i am very happy with. He has also called repeatedly after to make sure we are still happy with our new car.

Are they still in business????

They never contacted me!!! Even though I E-mailed about a new 2014 Lincoln MKX they had in stock and was shown on Cars.com.. They never contacted me!!!
