Very good experience

I was very happy with the experience. I dealt with Shane McCleaf who was extremely helpful. The buying process took a lot of time but that wasn't all down to the dealership and everyone was patient and informative.

Great dealership

Wonderful experience which began with a couple text messages with Parkway Volvo. I told Jacob the internet person we would drive 100 miles from Myrtle Beach to Wilmington to look at a particular XC90 the next day. We discussed a time and “surprise”, the vehicle was washed and setting out front when we arrived. Tanner West was our sales representative, a very helpful and extremely knowledgeable guy. Our trade-in was appraised, the sale agreed upon and we have our first new Volvo. This was the best auto purchase we’ve ever had (we’ve had several) and I highly recommend Tanner West and Parkway Volvo. I also have to put a plug in for their great Sales Manager Glenn McIntyre and Business Manager Ryan Phlegar.

Finally, a good experience - Something changed!

We've tried purchasing a car here several times in the past and swore we'd never visit the store again out of frustration. However, they had a car we liked and decided to give it a whirl. Matt Gehen did an excellent job helping and and completing the sales process. The only negative is that there are so many options on the car, we didn't know enough to ask to be made acquainted with some of the most important features. I think they should have a checklist of options on the vehicle and ask the customer which ones they'd like to learn about.

Hyundai Tucson

This is the 3rd car we have purchased from Chris Grocott. He is very professional and it was a pleasant experience. We will continue using Hyundai of Wilmington

Leasing was a breeze

My overall leasing experience at Parkway Hyundai was surprising excellent and enjoyable. Great Staff and facilities that only wanted to make the experience relaxing and easy. This was my best automotive buying experience ever!

Excellent service

Guillermo in service is fabulous to work with. He’s a consummate professional and a great reason to use Parkway for service. Never suggests unnecessary work and always tries to save us money. He’s kept my sons prized 95 Volvo wagon running much longer than expected

Unsatisfied ex Hyundai owner

Paid to have the injections cleaned and they supposedly cleaned them 3 times in the last year. After still hearing the noise I took it to another local mechanic...his diagnosis was the injections were never cleaned. When I called to talk to the owner, she in no uncertain terms said She hope she never sees me again at parkway Hyundai. Do Not have your car serviced here. Rude Owner, Service dept has no clue what they are doing and Mary Margaret doesn't care.

I don't understand what you are looking for here.

We have purchased numerous cars from Parkway over the years. Nobody was pushy and everyone was knowledgeable and helpful. You never really know if you got a good deal or not but that's always subjective anyway.

Used car purchase

Parkway has a very good selection of quality used cars and are reasonably priced. My sales person Tacoma Burnett was very helpful and was great to work with. I am very satisfied with my purchase and would recommend Parkway to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.
