Parkway delievers excellent service as long as your

Parkway delievers excellent service as long as your vehicle is under warranty. Once no longer covered, cost of service is excessive. Six months ago, I brought my Volvo S60 into the service bay to ask about a parking sensor that had fallen back into my bumper. The sensor would let out a continuous warning when backing up. I asked what if the defect was covered under the longer warranty for safety devices. Answer: "no." Next question: how much will it cost to reinstall the sensor? "We can't tell you until we inspect it." Can't you just look at it right now? "No, you need to make an appointment". Will you charge me for the appointment to get an estimate? "Yes, miniumum cost is $175 for an assessment." While having my car serviced at Derham's, who do an outstanding job at reasonable cost, I mentioned the senor issue. Derham's recommended a collision shop nearby. Outcome: for $107 the sensor was reattached and working. After spending over $100,000 on two Volvos from Parkway, they will never have me as a customer again.

This purchase is my 8th purchase from Parkway.

This purchase is my 8th purchase from Parkway. Obviously, I am a loyal customer. The service provided by my salesman Connor Payne was excellent and exceeded all my expectations. He was responsive and thorough with my questions. Connor is an asset to Parkway and from my observations he is a team player and an exemplary representative for Parkway Volvo.

The Parkway Volvo sales and service teams are stellar. I've leased two vehicles from Parkway. My sales and leasing consultant for both, Matt Gehen, provides the highest level of customer support. He's not your typical car salesman. With both cars, he found me exactly what I wanted, provided favorable lease support and excellent new vehicle orientation. He provides his cell number, responds to inquires and provides support after the lease is concluded - outstanding customer service. Ryan Phlegar, the Finance Director, made the lease process quick, painless and easy. The Service Department is efficient, professional and provides excellent service and customer support. I highly recommend Parkway Volvo. Quality cars, excellent service and a pleasure to work with.

Very easy process from finding car on their website to

Very easy process from finding car on their website to buying. J. Todd was our salesman who was easy to contact and helpful both before and after the sale. The sales manager Matt was assistive and getting the deal done. Ryan and finance helped us put pen to paper and with very little work we were driving out in our CPO Hyundai Tucson. It was a great car at a great price and I would definitely look forward to doing business with this dealership for any future vehicle needs our family may have.

Great Service.

Great Service. Thanks to the Banks and my credit reports and SNOW, it took about a week of getting some stuff resolved. But they were patient and worked with me as I was getting it resolved. I was able to drive away on the 27th with the car I looked at and wasn't pressured into anything different and was taken care of respectfully. Thank you Parkway & Will!

We bought a used Hyundai from Parkway and you cannot beat the warranty!! We were very satisfied the salesman were not pushy, but helpful! If we are in need of a car, we will definitely be back!
