After requesting information via website concerning pricing for a specific vehicle we received separate email and telephone confirmation of our request. Their telephone sales "expert", after being informed of our budget, reported that the vehicle was indeed possible at that price point and set up an appointment and test drive. Afterwards, the price offered was 7K above what was discussed. In total a good 6k over what is considered "good deal price" currently found for comparable vehicles. While a complete waste of time and gas, I must admit it was an entertaining show and a chance to get out of the house. Lying ability from sales was straight up worth five stars - no problems there. Sleaziness factor definitely rates five stars. Bait and switch - also five stars. Absolutely recommend visiting this dealership for a first-class snipe hunt. Buying a vehicle - not so much,

I also experience excellent service there. The guys there are very pleasant and helpful. I live 60 miles away from that dealership and prefer to come there to have my vehicle serviced.

The issue I had was gap insurance was included without asking. I noticed this after the fact not sure if I will do business here again
