Service Dept is not a good experience, poor communication, the Fast Lane oil change building is Great though.

Bad experience, could have been tragic.
I had an 8:00am appointment to get the Works package. They only had one technician and they upsold the guy in front of me a brake job so I had a long wait. After 1.5 hours the counter guy decided he would do my service. I also had them diagnose a check engine light. After 3 hours, they let me drive off with 3 lug nuts missing from the right rear wheel. After driving about 100 yards, I could hear a clunking noise coming from the rear wheel. I returned to Steven's and they had to use new lug nuts because they couldn't even find the originals. I sent an email to the service manager and he apologized and offered to replace an oxygen sensor at no cost to me. I declined. If you go here, count your lug nuts before you leave.

Wait time is too long. I always have a wait time of at least 2 hours. Cookies and coffee are great but a more customer oriented scheduling system would be better.
