We purchased a vehicle from John and found the whole experience outstanding from beginning to end. He was professional and honest. No high pressure sales tactics and went out of his way to get us what we wanted. He was also very knowledgeable about the vehicle we were purchasing. Best dealership we have ever been to.

I just purchased a 2024 Ford Maverick from Steven's
I just purchased a 2024 Ford Maverick from Steven's Ford in Milford. AJ was my salesman who was great to work with. He really went the extra mile to help me with the purchase as did Alden in finance. They, and everyone I met there have been outstanding. They worked to earn my business. I'm very pleased with how I was treated and I love my new Ford!! I highly recommend Steven's Ford of Milford.

Poor service.
Poor customer service from Arnie in service. Thousands of dollars of parts for a faulty key fob. No phone calls and over 10 weeks at the dealership. Holding car hostage until I pay for all the unnecessary parts. Reached out to Peter Bloom GM and no response as well.

Service Department terrible
We paid for bumper to bumper warranty and this place can never get your car in !!! Every time I call there is at least a 2 week wait even in an emergency! so ridiculous. I have owned Expeditions in Ny for 20 years and have never had such difficulty getting service!!

Stevens Ford is and always has been the best Ford dealership I’ve ever had the pleasure of doing business with! Thank you Kim and Anthony in service for accommodating my father. They did what other service centers couldn’t and went above and beyond to ensure that his car would be fixed the right way the first time. I think it’s important that anyone reading these reviews knows that these are people you can trust wholeheartedly and no that they care about their customers well-being. Are there other service stations out there that may be cheaper sure but you get what you pay for . They may not always be the cheapest but they’re by far not the most expensive. Finally a special thanks to Mike Healey and and David Stevens for everything he has done for me and my family !

Really solid experience
The process was easy and we were very satisfied. We located the vehicle online, scheduled an appointment and immediately decided to put a deposit down. Only complaint, when we drove off after purchase I noticed it only had a quarter tank of gas..... not a huge deal and probably just an over site.

Wonderful experience
I ordered a new Lincoln Continental from Stevens in January and it was an unusally nice and easy experience. My saleswoman was Annette Corso and she was very easy to work with. She took the time to answer all of our questions no matter how trivial they were and followed up on all our inquiries. She kept us informed during the whole time concerning the status of our new car. She helped us through the online financials and she even dropped the car off at our house. I will without a doubt purchase my next car with Annette.

Recall Service visit for my 2018 F-150 XLT
I was treated fairly and respectfully when I bought my truck from this business and my maintenance and recall repair experiences have been top notch. I am very happy with my purchase. The truck runs and rides great, it's super comfortable and gets great mileage for a full size 1/2 ton truck. The only thing I can possible gripe about is the turning radius is less than ideal. Overall, though, count me very satisfied.
