Outstanding customer service. Will and Rico are definate peak performers. Went the xtra mile to make sure the process went smooth and easy. Being from out of state I found Wagner Ford a dealership I would go through again.

2005 F250 Lariat Super Duty

Bought my 2005 f250 Lariat Super Duty there in April and couldn't of been happier with it. I first test drove a 2004 that had problems mechanically then test drove the 2005 and fell in love and was assured by the salesman that it had a brand new EGR system and Oil Cooler that was put in at their shop which was one of the points I considered when I bought it. Fast forward to 14,000 miles later and I can't even let it idle without it overheating and blowing black coolant everywhere from the degas bottle due to the egr or oil cooler grenading, it's went from an amazing pickup that served my daily drive to work and pulling my camper to job sites to an absolute headache and nightmare. Hopefully I can get it sent to the dealer ASAP and get the problem solved. But other than the problems I'm having currently the salesman worked with me on my busy work schedule and made time to get me in to sign paperwork on short notice and even held the pickup so I could come in and not have to worry about someone else buying it. Would definitely come back for another vehicle in the future.

We are so sorry that you are having these issues with your 2005 Ford F-250 Power Stroke that you purchased from us. The EGR cooler was replaced prior to you purchasing the pick up but the Oil Coolant was not because it was showing now signs of problems at that point. We appreciate you bringing your pick up back to us so that we can help you to repair the issues you are having. When your pick up arrived in our service department and our technicians inspected the issues they quickly became aware of a contaminated coolant additive that was added by you. Once that additive was put into the system the warranty on the EGR cooler was void. This additive did damage to the oil coolant system not the EGR cooler and many other parts of your F-250. Because of the extensive repairs our trained technicians will do the repairs in steps to ensure we get you back on the road again. Our service manager and service adviser are here to help you understand and explain each step of the repair process. They are here to ensure you that our technicians are working on the problems to get them corrected for you.

2011 F-250

I dealt with Will. We did most of our price and trading over the phone to make things easier coming from out of town. He was great to work with from start to finish as was everyone else I met while there. Had the papers signed and the trade made before the tires were cooled off from the trip there.
