They said they would order me a new Toyota pickup just like I wanted for $500 down so I did that and waited 3 months and then they tell me well we can't get to pick up you wanted but we kind of have one similar want you to come down right away and look at it cuz we'll hold it for you if you want it so I drive 100 miles down to McCook to look at it and I wanted a TRD off-road in the tundra limited and they have a they have a tundra there but it was not a TRD off-road like I wanted it was a TRD sport and I figured well maybe I could yeah I could live with this but see I drive down there to look at it and they want me to buy it but I can't drive it well that made me kind of mad and then I go in to try to deal with them and they're shooting me $4,000 left less than what in Ada says they would give me on good on a good trade on a for my pickup and they wouldn't deal with me so I got my $500 back and I would never deal there again

Wagner Ford-Toyota in McCook NE Wagner Ford sold us a car that had broken mounting brackets on the bumper panel. They tried to quiet it down with insulation. Now with everything that happened with my son Alexander passing away we were not able to get in right away. They told us our 'bumber to bumber' warranty doesn't cover this. 3k for a warranty that doesn't cover something that they sold to us BROKEN. So instead we were told it'd be $1500 to fix it. I will NEVER do business with these people again. Not an oil change not a thing. NEVER EVER. I have very seldom been so angry in my life. Mind you I was told over a month ago I would get a call back after Clayton talked to his manager I NEVER received a call back. My father in law had a heart attack shortly after all of this so I was a little busy again. I'd love to know what Wagner Fords excuse is and why they seem so okay with selling broken cars to people and telling them oh well that'll be $1500 to fix it. Instead I'd like to recommend Janssen & Sons Ford dealer in Holdrege who has ALWAYS treated us nicely and helped us if there was ever an issue. They have also always kept their word on their warranty.

I should’ve been tougher on these guys. but over all they were great to deal with. I travelled from quite a ways away and think that I should’ve asked for something to sweeten the deal for me. I won’t be able to return for services or repairs so they could’ve at least gave me a full tank before leaving, consider I had quite the drive back to Colorado.

The service and care I received from employees at Wagner Ford in McCook, NE was by far the best experience I’ve had at a dealership. Fast, friendly, honest and fun are the words that first come to mind to describe the staff! I will definitely be doing business with them again!

Worked with both Clay & Garrett to buy a great used pickup. Appreciated their helpfulness as I was considering the truck online from quite a ways away. Online pictures were great! In the end, after some confusion and miscommunication, I had an overall good experience and found both of them to be good to work with. I appreciated not having a bunch of application, processing or dealer fees tacked onto the price of my truck - truly are a no fee dealer.
