Great service
Rudy was extremely helpful and was able to answer all our questions. Erica in insurance was also pleasant and answered all of our questions. And Betsy was quick with explaining what needed to be signed but made sure we understood it all and she was very personable.

The only thing is they need more service reps. When i called to talk to the rep they were real busy. I tried for 20 minutes on the telephone and was told by girl 9n phone they were really busy. I ended up driving to the facility to talk to rep. They did let me keep the loaner an extra day because i had a medical emergency

Great Srevice
Salesman,Tim Bradshaw was very nice, answered all my questions, if he was not sure about something he would find out for me. Found the perfect car. They worked with me and made the deal I was looking for. Bought my last vehicle @ Ben Mynatt.

Not So Routine
Took my truck to the dealership for an oil change and driver seat issue. The service was as I have come to expect with one exception, there was a large scratch on the right front fender and damage to the windshield cowl. I notified the service writer who notified the service manager. The service manager investigated the issue and contacted me as promised. Long story short, the dealership repaired the damage at no cost to me. Still a loyal customer. Thanks to the Ben Mynatt service department for great follow through!
