chevy dealer, online/phone purchase with delivery.

chevy dealer, online/phone purchase with delivery.....mislead about payment method, cost me a couple hundred, and told several times headphones and remote was in car for the entertainment system. not there, and after asking where, i am now ignored. i wouldnt deal with them again under these circumstances unless i was there in person. customer service along with sales men/women is not good at all.......

we have faulty brakes on a 2022 Chev 4500.

we have faulty brakes on a 2022 Chev 4500. There was a recall shortly after the truck came out and for the last two years they have charged us over $5000 on brake issues. They have the absolute worst knowledge of their own vehicles and do not cover anything und their proposed warranty. The brakes have been bad on this Chevrolet from day ONE and because Richard doesn't know how to fix it we have to pay the price. we will never buy GM again, Chevrolet again or Ben Mynatt again! They do not stand by their product or their customer.

SUCH A GREAT EXPERIENCE ALL AROUND

The whole ?buying process? was excellent!!! Also, getting the vehicle serviced, was excellent also!! I?m actually going back to buy my daughter a car this weekend!

Deceptive and shady

3 minutes agoNEW They are the reason people hate and don't trust car dealerships. Ordered a new $100k+ car and received an offer for my trade in...fast forward three months and my new car had arrived. I was so excited to go pick it up only to be told when I arrived at the dealership that they were now offering me almost $10k less for my trade in. At that point I told them that I would just keep it. I was then told that they would NOT sell me the new car unless I sold them mine. So basically I was forced to sell them my car at less than blue book value or I would have to go to another dealer and wait another 3 months. They knew exactly what they were doing and they took full advantage. I was so upset and felt so taken advanced of by their deceptive business practices. I will never go back.

Potential buyers beware.

The dealership raised the price of a car listed online by over $7,000 after receiving lots of interest in it. I was also told that there would be a $500-$1000 cash transaction fee if I didn’t finance through them, when there are no disclosures about such on their website. Telltale signs of a shady dealership.

Nick the vehicle you looked at was a preowned Corvette that was showing the wrong price. We contacted you and everyone that inquired about the Corvette to let everyone know the online pricing was wrong and being corrected. You also gave us a 1 star on the Buying process. Unlike some places, we would never give a wrong price just to get you to come to the dealership. Our process is full transparency online and onsite and we contacted you to explain the situation and the fix for it. We're a family-owned and operated business and understand the needs of our clients and try every time to show our honesty. This was an honest mistake and was corrected quickly. We apologize if this has disappointed you.

Oil/filter change

Had oil/filter changed with my own oil. Asked for remaining oil back. When was told car ready I asked if remaining oil was in my Trailblazer. Employee told me there was just a little let and combined with other oil. I know it was probably 1/2 quart, but that would help to have to add if necessary between oil changes. Auto has 188,000 when changed, the sticker that put on it for next change was 186,000. Still trying to figure out how to reduce mileage to get to 186,000 for next change. Having second thoughts about bringing car back for any type of service in future.
