On March 15, 2025, I financed a 2014 BMW M6 from Brotherton Cadillac Buick, which is situated in Renton. Since then, I have driven the vehicle approximately 500-700 miles. On April 5, 2025, while driving on highway I-9 with my parents and my 8-year-old niece, the car abruptly came to a halt in the middle of the highway. Fortunately, a large semi-truck immediately swerved to our right to avoid an accident. Thankfully, we managed to escape the incident unscathed. After towing the vehicle multiple times, I took it to BMW service in Bellevue. Upon diagnosis, they inquired if I had noticed any warning lights or low engine oil light on the dashboard prior to the accident. I denied seeing any such indicators. However, they informed me that a warning message had been stored in the computer history for 1000 miles ago. Since the day I purchased the vehicle, I had not observed any such lights. Additionally, the vehicle’s oil level is currently 7 1/2 liters, which is significantly lower than the recommended 10.5 liters. I have pictures and videos of the oil, which clearly demonstrate that the oil has not been replaced for 10000 miles. Based on these findings, the BMW service technician recommended a new engine, which would incur a cost of approximately $52656. I have all service records, estimates and billings, which is matching my statement. I discovered that the dealership disabled the check engine light system through programming, leaving the vehicle purchaser in a disadvantageous position. The day when I was getting the vehicle I asked Aman Atwal( Sales person) several questions about the car like engine issues, leaking etc, and I asked him about engine oil, I told him give me an heads-up about oil level it's fine if you guys didn't changed, He said confidently, we did oil change and inspected the vehicle service report is flawless, which later I discovered they put 8.5 liters of oil in it as they stated that in their service reports, And I got the service report after the incident. I talked to Arun Vaidyanathan, The General manager, to find a resolution on the situation. He came up with different remedies saying it might be leaking, it might be burning oil and I don’t know how you drove the vehicle(Do I live in Germany, close to Autobahn), Than He said you bought it “As Is”, Yes I agree, I bought it “as is” but I’m not agree on buying it, If I knew engine is gonna get seized, you misrepresented the vehicle, to my knowledge every dealership do pre inspection of vehicle prior to buying it and they find out about the engine seizure and they turned off the check light system that’s why whenever I used to check oil life and level, it always come up with 100%. I am not the only individual who has been deceived. Upon reviewing the reviews, I discovered another customer who had a similar scary experience. What a coincidence, I have screenshot of that review. And I wanna add one more thing today on April, 15, 2025 Brotherton general manager Mr Arun offered me 10% contribution (not because they are on fault) just because Mr Arun said I’m doing it for goodwill, you guys were not letting 700$ off for the GPS tracker for which you guys already paid and I should pay for you guys, So you can get better insurance deals on your vehicles, Where was your goodwill back then. I’m not begging I’m asking for my rights.

I had an overall great experience with my Sales

I had an overall great experience with my Sales Representative, who was very helpful and professional. Thanks Gino!!! Note, a ♣♣♣ on my finance experience, due to having some issues with the initial finance documentation that is squared away now. Which was not accredited to my Sales Rep, Gino. Gino did well!!!

Where to begin … I purchased a 2020 Ram 1500 on 12/7/2024

Where to begin … I purchased a 2020 Ram 1500 on 12/7/2024 from Brotherton Cadillac in Shoreline Washington. Within my drive home noticed a very noticeable popping from the front end. I call the dealership to report the issue and was assured by Sales Manager Johnny the issue would be fixed and not to worry. After over a month at the dealership with very little communication without me having to show up or repetitively call my truck has still not been fixed. I have been charged over $300 for a rental car provided to me by the dealership as no loaner car was available as I “opted” into the damage wavier to protect the asset. Now my check engine light is on which wasn’t on when I dropped the truck off. The General Manager Arun will not return calls / voicemails or stand behind their vehicles sold. Do not buy from the dealership they will not stand by their word or the vehicle once you sign the dotted line. Want this review removed refund me the rental and actually fix my truck. Brotherton Caddy NW is a good business.

Brotherton Caddy NW is a good business. Their service department is excellent and our recent sales department experience was good as well. In particular, Craig was polite, knowledgeable and helpful in getting us through the process. He is a good representative for a good outfit!

Geno was my sales representative.

Geno was my sales representative. He went above and beyond the standard sales duties to ensure the truck was the right fit and worked around my difficult situation due to a recent accident awaiting insurance payout to ensure I still got the best rate and within my guidelines for budget. Overall great dealership from the sales team to the finance department.

Brotherton Buick had the car I had been searching

Brotherton Buick had the car I had been searching everywhere for! Buick Envista Sport Touring (fully loaded) and David Holt was such a pleasure to work with. It was actually one of the better car buying experiences I have had. Will definitely consider Brotherton and David again with my future car purchases!
